Razor Ramon makes his way down to the ring for his match against Diesel. However, Ramon is attacked by Diesel, Michaels, Owen, Neidhart and Jarrett until several referees pull them away.

Vince McMahon and Jim Cornette welcome everyone to the broadcast. Apparently, Ramon is “questionable” for his match with Diesel later on in the show.

Opening Contest: Tatanka defeated Chris Kanyon:
Tatanka picks up the squash win following the Samoan Drop.

Second Contest: Adam Bomb defeated Jason Ardnt:
Bomb wins another easy squash match following a pump handle slam.

Vince McMahon announces that Ramon will wrestle Diesel later on tonight!

This week’s Kings Court sees Lawler interview his Royal Family. For the first time ever, I am not going over this segment because the feud is just awful. Long story short, Clowns R Us come out and spray them with super soakers.

Third Contest: IRS defeated Matt Hardy:
IRS pins Hardy following a lariat to end the squash.

Main Event: WWF Intercontinental Champion Razor Ramon fought WWF World Tag Team Champion Diesel to a no contest:

Diesel works on Ramon in the corner with a choke. Ramon looks for a backdrop moments later, but Diesel drives Ramon face first into the mat. Diesel puts a sleeper on Ramon right in the middle of the ring. Ramon gets out of the sleeper with a back suplex. Diesel recovers by sending Ramon to the floor as RAW goes to commercial. They begin to exchange right hands until Michaels distracts Ramon. Diesel drops to the floor to stop a brawl among the Survivor Series teams, but Ramon leaps to the floor to punch Diesel! Ramon slings Jarrett into the ring! Ramon attempts the Razors Edge as Davey Boy Smith pulls Jarrett to the floor. Ramon tosses Shawn Michaels off the top rope onto Diesel! The referee tosses the bout out as everyone enters the ring to brawl. *3/4

End of show

My Take:
The Lawler/Doink feud is really annoying me on so many levels. I know that in 1994 the WWF is really silly but this sort of thing is just not entertaining in any possible way. It is just stupid and needs to end.

Ramon/Diesel wasn’t anything all that great, either. I don’t believe these two have ever had a good match with one another, in my opinion at least.

I should note that I noticed during this show that the place they ran this show in was really, really empty. Either a lot of people left after the first two hours of the taping or they just didn’t draw a lot of people to the area. I think the bad attendance, in a small venue no less, really hurts WWF’s image.

Overall, this week’s RAW didn’t feature anything that was worth my time. Considering the show had both a poor featured match and a horrible Kings Court, it gets a easy thumbs down.

Thanks for reading.
