Angle Developments/Notes:
1. We are back to the squash matches this week, but at least we had a month or so of featured matches on the program.

2. Bobby Heenan shared some pre-tape comments during Mr. Perfect’s squash match. Heenan puts over his guy and says he is lucky to be the manager of Mr. Perfect and he is the perfect manger.

3. Hulk Hogan is the special guest for the Brother Love Show this week. He is going to be having a confrontation with Earthquake, apparently. Hogan doesn’t get to say anything and instead introduces Earthquake quickly. Quake doesn’t come out, but instead Jimmy Hart does. Hogan wants to know here Earthquake is. He doesn’t feel the ground opening up and taking everyone into it. Jimmy Hart says that Quake has a 105 fever and isn’t out here because of the doctors telling him not to be. Jimmy Hart yells at Hogan until Quake comes from behind and whacks Hogan over the back with a steel chair! Quake splashes down onto Hogan three times before officials finally come out and escort him out of the area. Hogan is put on a stretcher to end the segment. That segment really killed the crowd since their top hero was destroyed.

4. Rick Rude is back with another training video. His main statement is to remind us that he has beaten the Ultimate Warrior before for a championship. Rude climbs up a rope to touch the top bar. Rude says that getting shoved to the bottom is not an easy thing to take.

Final Thoughts:
A memorable episode just for the attack by Earthquake on Hogan. Surely that means that they will meet at SummerSlam and Hogan is going to be off television for two or three months. That leaves us with really just the Warrior as the top babyface. The squashes this week involved mainly solid workers and they weren’t too boring or anything. So, this episode gets a thumbs up from me.

Thanks for reading.
