Angle Developments/Notes:
1. WWF Intercontinental Champion Mr. Perfect and Bobby Heenan accept Kerry Von Erich’s challenge. They think it will blow up in Kerry’s face. We hear from Kerry Von Erich who says he is feeling better than he ever has! Von Erich is going to show that Mr. Perfect is not perfect!

2. Brother Love’s guest this week is Earthquake, Jimmy Hart and Dino Bravo. Jimmy Hart is wearing a jacket that says Hulkamania is dead! Jimmy hopes that Hogan and Tugboat have earthquake insurance. Dino Bravo chimes in and says he is going to make sure that Earthquake will only have to worry about Hulk Hogan at SummerSlam. Earthquake says Hogan is making a mistake when he said he will be competing at SummerSlam. Quake is going to send Hogan to the emergency once and for all. He is sure that Hulkamania will finally be dead at SummerSlam!

3. Dino Bravo attacks Tugboat during the main event. Tugboat fights back with a clothesline and puts Bravo in a bear hug. Earthquake runs down and attacks Tugboat from behind! Quake and Bravo slam Tugboat down to the canvas! Earthquake comes off the ropes to splash down onto Tugboat. Earthquake hits a second splash! Since two splashes wasn’t enough, Quake decides to hit a third sit down splash but the Big Bossman runs down and attacks Bravo before running Earthquake out of the ring! Tugboat is put on a stretcher to end the show.

Final Thoughts:
At least there was an angle to close the show, which was done effectively. It would appear that Bossman will be in Hogan’s corner now and that’s probably the better choice, really. It was just your basic Superstars show here, once again mainly just promoting SummerSlam.
