Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Backstage, Mean Gene interviews Jimmy Hart regarding Bash at the Beach. WCW Television Champion The Renegade will be defending against Paul Orndorff. Hart is excited because he manages WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan along with Renegade. Hart has fan letters regarding the Renegade and they all want to know where he cam from. Renegade enters the scene and does his best Ultimate Warrior growling. Renegade speaks and says he’s entering as champion and leaving as champion.

2.) A video of Kevin Sullivan meeting his master in the dungeon is shown. His master says that there are millions of hulkamaniacs and Sullivan is the last link to darkness. Sullivan says that nobody can beat Hogan, but he’s expected to beat him. Sullivan will lead the Dungeon of Doom and he will be successful. Sullivan transforms into Taskmaster and knows how they will take out Hulk Hogan once and for all.

3.) Backstage, Mean Gene interviews Paul Orndorff. Orndorff says that Jimmy Hart can’t find his way to the bathroom and makes fun of Renegade for wearing face paint and pretending to be a wrestler. Orndorff discredits Renegade because he hasn’t wrestled very long.

4.) Backstage, Mean Gene interviews Randy Savage. Savage says that Ric Flair has proven that he’s the dirtiest player in the game. Savage doesn’t feel good about his father being attacked by Flair on Father’s Day. Savage promotes the lifeguard match at the PPV. Savage is going to destroy Flair on July 16th.

5.) Ray and Sags kickoff the main event with Ray hammering away on Sags. Sags puts a sleeper on Ray in the middle of the ring. Ray works over Sags in the corner before tagging in Booker. Sags drives Booker and Ray down to the mat with a facebuster. Nasty Boys double clothesline Booker. Knobbs tries for a backdrop, but Booker blocks it with a kick. Knobbs responds with forearms and a snap suplex. Knobbs comes off the ropes with a couple of elbow drops. Sags returns to the match and delivers a forearm drop to the midsection. Nasty Boys works over Booker in the corner briefly. Knobbs clotheslines Booker coming off the ropes for a two count. Ray enters the match and chokes Knobbs in the corner. Ray misses a splash in the corner and Knobbs rams Ray into Sags boot in the corner. Knobbs hits a back suplex on Ray for a two count as Booker made the save. Booker kicks Sags from the apron and Ray nails Sags with a boot to the face. Sherri slaps Sags on the floor. Ray stomps on Sags and tags in Booker.

Booker nails Sags with a scissors kick. Booker misses the Harlem Hangover as Sags rolled out of the way. Knobbs tags in and all four men are in the ring. Knobbs slams Ray and then the same to Booker. Knobbs clotheslines Ray and decks Booker with a running strike. Knobbs plants Booker with a running bulldog. Knobbs tries for a slam, but collides with the referee. The Blue Bloods come out and knock Sags off the top rope. Eaton hits a leg drop on Sags and Booker is put on top. Booker covers Sags and wins the tag titles. (**. Not a bad match, but the cheap finish was a bit disappointing. Clearly it’s setting up a three way tag feud, so I suppose it works. Plus, the money is in the Nasty Boys chasing the titles and not having them for an extended time as long as they are babyfaces.)

6.) Tony Schiavone interviews the Nasty Boys to close the program. Brian Knobbs says that it takes six or more guys to take them out. Knobbs tells us that the Blue Bloods just walked through Nastyville. Sags chimes in and says they don’t have the gold anymore and now it’s all about getting a body count. They are going to focus on Sherri, Harlem Heat and the Blue Bloods. Sags promises the Blue Bloods are going down. Knobbs says that the Blue Bloods have gotten their attention.
