I’d say this is a big win for Lynn to become a more established name in ECW as Whipwreck has a level of creditability since he’s a beloved ECW name. The action was a little sloppy at times, but a decent match regardless of that.)

(**. Okay, so Francine is deemed the winner of that match and I’m not sure what the point of that. I guess they went for a comedy style finish. The action was fine, but they’ve done a lot more on a bigger stage. This is the definition of a house show style match.)

Sabu springboards off the ropes to take out Candido. RVD kicks a chair into Bubba’s face after leaping off the top rope. Sabu covers Bubba and wins the match. (**. I’m always expecting these two teams to have some kind of classic, but I should have known that in a smaller market they’re not going to go nuts. The involvement of Taz and the Triple Threat actually made the whole match more enjoyable. The action was decent, but nothing overly memorable by any means.)
Final Thoughts:
Considering their next show is in Pittsburgh and has a far bigger attendance, the effort here is what you’d expect. The action was average at best and nothing all that entertaining. It’s absolutely a skippable show, but I reviewed it since it’s a double shot weekend.
Thanks for reading.
