McChesney heads to the top rope but gets crotched by Rave. McChesney hits a sunset flip off the top but Rave rolls through to hit the shining wizard and wins the match. (***. A good start to the show as it had some good energy and the crowd was into the action. This is around the time that Rave was really starting to find his groove and McChesney is clearly one of the top local talents for IWC.)
The next match was supposed to be New Jack taking on Balls Mahoney, but Mahoney didn’t make the show thus there is a new opponent for Jack.
Second Contest: New Jack vs. T. Rantula in a weapons match: Rantula works over Jack in the corner and digs a spike into Jack’s forehead to bust him wide open. Jack fights back with a strike to stop Rantula. Jack puts a trash can lid on the groin on Rantula and hits it with a gold club. Rantula slams Jack onto the trans can lid and heads to the top rope but Jack rolls out of the way very early. Jack heads to the top and whacks Ranutal with a steel chair to but Sebastian Dark enters to attack Jack. Rantula is up and choke slams Jack for the win. (DUD. Just the typical hardcore garbage from New Jack, no surprise there.)

Kid goes to the top rope with Hentai but Hentai hits a superplex and wins the match. (**. It’s a quick match with the local guy going over is the right decision. I need to see Hentai in better match ups before knowing if he is solid in the ring.)
Fourth Contest: IWC Super Indy Champion Chris Sabin vs. CM Punk: A slow start to the match with neither man getting a cleat cut advantage. The focus of the match for the first three minutes is a headlock by Sabin on Punk but that comes to an end with a back suplex from Punk. Sabin comes out of the corner to hit a hurricanrana and dropkicks a seated Punk in the corner for a two count. Punk hits Sabin with a neck breaker followed by a delayed vertical suplex. It’s a good match that the crowd was into. The action started slow but once they got past the typical even start, they worked well together. I didn’t think their styles would mesh well, but I was pleasantly surprised.)
Fifth Contest: Al B. Damm vs. Josh Daniels: This is the debut of Daniels in IWC. Daniels controlled Damm on the canvas but they begin to trade chops which Daniels wins. Damm controls Daniels with a knee lift to the midsection. Daniels clotheslines Damm and hits a northern lights suplex. Damm hits a front suplex and a snap suplex for a near fall. Daniels hits an elevated Perfect Plex turning into a brain buster for the win. (*1/4. Daniels had some fun offense going on for himself, but Al B. Damm is just don’t an entertaining worker.)
Sixth Contest: Glenn Spectre & Shirley Doe vs. IWC Heavyweight Champion Eric Xtasy & Sebastian Dark: Doe and Xtasy kick off the match with Doe knocking Xtasy to the floor. Spectre is on the apron and knocks Dark down with a butt splash. Doe and Xtasy are brawling in the crowd while Dark and Spectre brawl at ringside. Spectre hits a butt splash on Dark and here comes Doe. Doe runs over Dark with clotheslines but Dark hits a Un-Prettier. Doe is backdropped over the top to the floor. Xtasy plants Doe with the Happy Ending for a two count. Dark misses a top rope elbow drop hitting Xtasy. Spectre has Dark and spikes Dark with a humping tombstone. Spectre and Xtasy begin slapping each others butt before they attempt to kiss but they are stopped. Doe and Dark trade strikes with Doe hitting a clothesline for a near fall. Dark attempts a top rope clothesline but Doe low blows Xtasy sending him into Dark. Doe hits a TKO before putting an arm bar on Xtasy but Spectre helps his friend by putting Xtasy on the bottom rope. Dark whacks Doe over the back and over the head with a steel chair three times. Doe stops the referee from counting the three. Dark plants Doe with a modified spine buster for the win. (**. It wasn’t a completely worthless time though it went a little long. There was some minor comedy and the brawling wasn’t overly exciting, but it served a purpose, I guess.)

Solider hits a Juvi Driver but Keenan reaches the ropes on the cover. Solider gets crotched on the top rope by Keenan. Solider rolls over the back of Keenan and wins the match with a rollup. (**1/4. Solider is a good wrestler who had some exciting offense. It was his last match for a US tour and he connected with the fans thus winning over a top heel makes sense here. It was a proper sendoff for Solider, I’d say.) After the match, the IWC locker room comes out thank Solider for his work in the company.
Main Event: CM Punk, Michael Shane & Chris Candido vs. Bubba The Bulldog, Dennis Gregory & Jimmy Vegas in WAR GAMES: Vegas and Candido kick off the main event with Candido knocking Vegas down with a chop and a vertical suplex. Dennis Gregory enters the match and along with Vegas double teams Candido in the corner. Candido fights back with strikes to knock his opponents down, but that doesn’t last too long. The next entrant for the match is…

Norm Conners comes out as the final entrant, the owner of IWC. That is rather short as Bulldog rams the door into the face of Conners. Some more music plays and it is CM Punk to make the save. Punk cleans house with strikes on the heels. Conners is busted wide open on the floor. Candido is busted open as well as he works over Gregory. Candido sends Gregory into the cage head first. Bulldog sends Candido head first into the cage. Gregory is backdropped into the cage! Shane comes off the top to drop an elbow on Bulldog. Candido comes off the top to hit a diving head butt on Bulldog. Punk goes to the top of the cage. Punk leaps off to hit an elbow drop off the top of the cage. Punk puts a sharpshooter on Bulldog and Bubba has no choice but to submit. (**1/2. It’s a decent main event and a feel good way to end the show. Shane Douglas and Bam-Bam Bigelow were both supposed to be in the match but weren’t able to make the show. But, they did a fine job replacing them and Conners part was done well, too.)
A good show for the IWC here as there were a few good matches with nothing being overly awful, maybe aside from the New Jack match. It felt like a quick show to watch with just under two hours of material, and I didn’t feel disappointed at the end.
Thanks for reading.
