We see footage of a bloodied JC Dazz overcoming a three on one attack to overcome the bounty hunters. Scottie Wrenn, his former partner, wrestled Dazz right after the impossible outcome. Wrenn powerbombs Dazz as two tables are stacked on the floor. The tables are lit on fire as Wrenn powerbombs Dazz through a flaming table from the top rope. They don’t show the actual move on television, but it happened.

Backstage, Al Getz and Scottie Wrenn cut a promo about JC Dazz going down in flames. Getz says they were out for blood and they got blood. Dazz got burned, too. Getz talks about other wrestlers complain while they sit there and laugh at them. Getz mentions Rick Michaels having 15 championships of the 8,000 in the company, but they don’t need any. Getz brings up Shank, a man he put under his wing, has had a change of heart recently. Getz wants Shank to pay attention. Wrenn tells Dazz he was always the best out of the tag team. Wrenn asks how the powerbomb through the flaming table felt. Wrenn promises to show Shank why he’s got the name “Super Cool” and Shank doesn’t.

Steve Martin promotes the January 22nd show, which as you can tell, has already happened. Ricky Morton is going to be there. They at least promote a show in the future on February 12th, as well.

Backstage, Shank cuts a promo on Al Getz. Shank says Getz doesn’t understand the stress of a man who spent a lot of time on confinement. Shank says people said that he killed his family and skinned them, but he doesn’t see any truth in those statements. Shank says you don’t stay alive on the block by being soft. Shank sees bars while they saw hot ladies walking by. Shank has been locked up for a while and asks if Getz has ever been sodomized. Shank wonders if Getz has ever thought about being his next girlfriend. Shank tells Getz that he’ll learn that he should have never stepped up to him, ever. (That was quite… uncomfortable.)

Opening Contest: NWA Georgia Tag Team Champions Bad Attitude (Rick Michaels & David Young) vs. NCW Tag Team Champions The Underdogs (Eddie Cool & Marky Mark) : Bad Attitude attack The Underdogs on the floor during their entrance and handcuff Silky Boom Boom to the ring post. After a commercial, Michaels hit a top rope frog splash on Mark and Young hits a moonsault, but Michaels stops the cover. They end up covering and pinning the Underdogs within seconds. Bad Attitude are the new NCW Tag Team Champions.

Rick Michaels cuts a promo in the ring and tells Steve Martin to have a booking meeting with Bill Behrens and tell him that they’re are pissed about being disrespected. Michaels knows that Ricky Morton is booked to wrestle someone else on their next show. Michaels promises to kill Morton in their arena. Michaels wants some competition and is tired of wrestling kids and boys. ECW music starts playing and out comes Jerry Lynn and Kid Kash! Lynn gets the microphone and knows that the fans are sick and tired of their segments if pissing and moaning. Lynn challenges Bad Attitude for the titles and kick their ass ECW style. Michaels says he goes way back with Kash, but now Kash is a big ECW guy. Michaels accepts the challenge. Young chimes in and says this is the house that Bad Attitude built. Young wants them to bring it on. The titles will be on the line.

Second Contest: NCW Tag Team Champions Bad Attitude vs. Jerry Lynn & Kid Kash: Kash starts the match with Young. Kash broke his jaw last night in ECW and his jaw is wired shut. Young works over Kash with a wrist lock, but they counter each other a few times. Young knee lifts Kash and misses a clothesline. Kash hip tosses Young followed by an arm drag. Michaels enters and is tossed to the mat by Kash. Lynn punches Michaels from the apron and Kash dumps Michaels to the floor. Kash tags in Lynn to continue the match with Michaels. Michaels misses a clothesline and Lynn dropkicks Michaels followed by a head scissors. Lynn clotheslines Michaels over the top to the floor. Young tries to attack, but Lynn backdrops Young over the top to the floor. Lynn hits a slingshot crossbody to take the champs out on the floor. Lynn stomp Michaels in the corner and rams Michaels into the corner. Young trips Lynn allowing Michaels to deliver a DDT and a knee drop. Young strikes Lynn in the ribs. Young snapmares Lynn and stands on Lynn’s hair while pulling Lynn up by his arms. Lynn is met with a double drop toe hold and double elbow drop. Michaels jabs Lynn in the corner and Kash drops Lynn over the top rope from the apron. Michaels controls Lynn with a sleeper. Young tags back into the match and keeps Lynn on the mat. Lynn elbows Young into a corner and delivers a few strikes. Young hits a handspring elbow into the corner and dropkicks a seated Lynn on the back of the head.

Michaels returns to the match and delivers a side Russian leg sweep. Michaels tries for a cover, but Kash breaks the cover. Lynn rolls Young up out of the corner for a two count. Young plants Lynn with a spinebuster and tags in Michaels. Young slams Lynn and Michaels leaps off the top hitting a frog splash, but Kash breaks the cover. Young kicks Lynn in the ribs to maintain control of the match. Michaels quickly returns to the match and delivers a strike to the midsection of Lynn. Michaels keeps a sleeper on Lynn. Michaels tries for a slam, but Lynn counters with a go behind. Lynn avoids Michaels in the corner, but Michaels stops Lynn with a low blow. Young stomps Lynn on the mat several times before tagging in Michaels. Michaels taunts Lynn before delivering a knee drop to the groin. Michaels gets a two count on the cover. Lynn spikes Young with a DDT. Kash tags into the match and fights off the champs with strikes. Kash clotheslines the champs and Lynn spears Young in the corner. Michaels clotheslines Lynn while Kash and Young go to the floor. Michaels punches Lynn in the corner as Kash hit Young with a chair shot. Lynn plants Michaels with a tornado DDT out of the corner, but Young makes the save. Kash tries to roll Young up, but Michaels makes the save. Lynn and Michaels go to the floor. Kash hits Young with another chair shot. Lynn sends Michaels into the post. Lynn and Kash roll into the ring to win the match by count out. (***. The finish is incredibly lame, but it’s expected since the ECW guys are not going to be doing a clean job on TV and the new champs can’t lose to them for the titles. So, it’s a tough spot to work in and aside for a no contest, it may be the best direction to go in. It’s a good match, as expected. Lynn and Kash were originally booked to wrestle each other on the show, but I’m sure a broken jaw changed those plans.)

Bert Prentice and Air Paris cut a promo about coming to NCW on January 22nd. Prentice wants a suitable opponent for Paris if they come to NCW, and he discredits the challenge of AJ Styles. Prentice believes that Paris is going to have a 30-second match and then they will go downtown where the real party takes place.

In the ring, Jeff G. Bailey cuts a promo with NCW Television Champion K-Krush and Crowbar. Bailey says that all the men stink like a gift set and the women have Rudolph hoof print on their back. Bailey says he hasn’t seen Steve Martin’s wife since he can only recognize his wife by the back of her head. Bailey has promised Krush that he’s not wrestling AJ Styles tonight. Bailey calls out Steve Martin to have their match.

Steve Martin enter the ring after a commercial and brings out his girlfriend to clear her name. Bailey says that Bailey has crossed the line and has a surprise for Bailey tonight. Martin says that his girlfriend was at the door doing tickets and trusted a man, but was taken into a bodybag. Martin wants his girlfriend to reveal who the man was in the black bag. She reveals it was Jesse Taylor. She says that nobody hurt her and Martin calls Bailey a liar. Martin has a big surprise for the crowd.

Backstage, Ruckus cuts a promo and says he’s here for one reason and that’s competition. Ruckus asks where the competition is at. Ruckus has wrestled the best and calls out the booking committee. Ruckus threatens to go to the office and choke them out.

Marcus Wayne, the commissioner, comes down to ringside and is telling Krush and Crowbar to the backstage area. Steve Martin knew that Bailey would try to pull some crap off. Martin never once said that Bailey would wrestle him and the lights go out. When the lights come back on… it is STONE MOUNTAIN. Bailey bails to the floor terrified. Martin reminds Bailey that he fired Mountain when he got sick, but he’s back now.

Third Contest: Jeff G. Bailey vs. Stone Mountain: Bailey avoids Mountain by going to the ropes before each lockup. Mountain grabs Bailey by the throat and hits a sit out powerbomb to win the match. I think it’s great that Stone Mountain is back and the crowd popped huge for his return.

Main Event: NCW Television Champion K-Krush vs. AJ Styles: All they show is Styles hitting the shooting star press and pins Krush to win the match and title. After the match, Crowbar attacks Styles. Crowbar powerslams Sryles and Bailey cheap shots Styles several times. Crowbar tosses Styles to the apron and grabs a chair. Bailey stops Crowbar and wants someone to prove their worth to him. Bailey calls Styles the f slur and brings out other guys in the group to prove themselves. Jesse Taylor comes out and grabs the chair. Bailey wants Taylor to end Styles life right now. Bailey says Styles is keeping Taylor from the money. Jorge Estrada comes out and dropkicks Taylor on the floor! Crowbar hits Estrada with the chair and stomps Estrada on the floor. Bailey cheap shots Estrada on the floor, as well. Styles is triple teamed on the mat. Krush ends up decking Bailey. Krush may be ending his run as a babyace.

Final Thoughts:
The Shank interview may be one of the most uncomfortable and disgusting promos I’ve ever had to hear in my life. I’m all for being edgy and controversial, but that was a bit much. I’ll consider this a good show overall in large part to the ECW tag match and the direction the company is going in. The lack of the main event can’t be held against them since it was never advertised as being a TV program to begin with and they need to sell something for the VHS release.
