Archadia somersault dives onto Joel off the apron tot he floor. Red climbs to the top hitting a frog splash on Jose to win the match. (***. It’s a good match, but the match structure was a bit baffling. Red being the first to get up after taking the Spanish Fly was a bit… weird. It’s a fun start to the show and flew by.) (*1/2. A bit a downer of a match, but I wasn’t sure what I was expecting from these two. The finish was executed well as I thought it may have been a count-out, but Skipper prevailing with a sneak pin worked well here. Shark Boy is over well in Cyberspace, but he’s not producing high quality matches.)

ODB walks around with her butt exposed and is clotheslined by Brooks for the three count. (*1/2. Probably went a little long, but all four women came across fairly well throughout. Brooks showed some good moves and ODB’s charisma was a bright spot. I was not expecting ODB to do the Flair trunk pulldown spot. That was funny.) After the match, Rogers attacks Brooks and Talia from behind. Rogers puts a dragon sleeper on Brooks, but April Hunter makes the save and tosses Rogers to the floor.

Rhino: 2 — Abyss: 1. (*1/2. This went exactly how you’d expect it to go. They went heavy on brawling and the table spots carried the entertainment value. the commentary team tried to act as if this was ultraviolent in a CZW manner, which is not the case whatsoever. The definition of a house show style tables match.)

Murda switches places with Pusha and gets an inside cradle on Tobin to steal the victory. (**. It was fine for what it was, but it’s a disappointing match. Papadon not being involved due to injury is a bummer. This was one of the matches I was most looking forward to because both teams are solid and they tend to work well together. Solution especially lately have been on a roll in the ring. Plus, they didn’t seem to use the tornado tag rules to the fullest extent in terms of how wild the match could have gotten.)

Sunny nails Shane with a stunner to win the match. After the match, Rhino GORES Sunny! Shane embraces Rhino and they appear to be aligned now. (NR. Comedy segment. Typical stuff you’d expect. That is until Rhino GORED Sunny. That was completely unexpected and awesome. Honestly, Rhino being a heel in Cyberspace with Shane as his manager could be fantastic.)

Daniels fights back with chops and Bentley flapjacks Daniels coming off the ropes. Bentley waits in the corner, but Kruel gets on the apron and drops Bentley over the top rope. Daniels hits a German suplex and pins Bentley for the win. (**1/4. I like the storyline between Bentley and Kruel where Bentley is is trying to use the muscle man Kruel, but it backfires. Roode’s arrival for the match made it fairly obvious that Daniels was going to retain to allow their showdown in January. A decent three way match and it sets up likely two matches for January.)

Slyck Wagner Brown makes his way down to the ring to cut a promo. Brown notes that he’s here for a match with Rodney Mack, but Mack isn’t there. Maven whacks Brown over the knee with a steel chair. They said it was a match, but the chair shot to the knee ended the match in five-seconds by DQ. I’m considering this a segment.

Backstage, Maven is interviewed about why he’s in Cyberspace. Maven came here tonight to watch a wrestling show and catch up with a few friends. Maven says his face is too good for Cyberspace and is better suited for movies and notes he just finished Surreal Life. Maven promises that he’ll be back to take care of Slyck Wagner Brown.

Backstage, Jasmine St. Claire meets up with Billy Firehawk. St. Claire promises they have a main event, but Firehawk doesn’t sound so confident about it.

Jarrett talks about how TNA has been in existence for 3.5 years and says that himself and AMW have taken TNA to a whole another level. Jarrett says what happens in TNA is one thing and what happens in Cyberspace is another. Jarrett tells Harris he’s going to earn the right to call himself champion and wishes Harris luck because he’ll need it. Harris chimes in and says that everyone knows the alliance they have made in TNA has been beneficial for everyone involved and mentions they both have gold. Harris agrees that it’s a different story in Cyberspace and he’s going to do something he’s wanted to do for a long time and that’s pin Jarrett’s shoulders to the mat.

Ninth Contest: NWA Cyberspace Champion Jeff Jarrett vs. Chris Harris: Jarrett taunts the crowd on the middle rope before the match starts. Harris pokes Jarrett on the chest and covers Jarrett with one finger to pin Jarrett to win the NWA Cyberspace Championship. After the match, Jarrett acts pissed for losing. They just did their version of a Fingerpoke Of Doom.

Billy Firehawk comes out and he’s livid. Firehawk calls Jarrett a piece of crap in this business. Firehawk is disappointed in Harris. Jasmine St. Claire enters the ring with a microphone. I can’t hear what she’s saying. St. Claire notes Harris is the new NWA Cyberspace Champion, but reveals Harris is going to be competing in a title match because that’s what the crowd paid to see. St. Claire orders Harris to defend the title right now against… ABYSS. Jarrett will also be in the match. It’s a three way dance.

Main Event: NWA Cyberspace Champion Chris Harris vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Abyss: Abyss is double teamed in the corner by Harris and Jarrett with stomps. Jarrett chokes Abyss from the floor on the apron and delivers an elbow strike to the chest. Jarrett continues to pummel Abyss with strikes. Harris decks Abyss with a left hand punch and Jarrett continues to help out. Abyss is sent hard into the corner across the ring. Harris chokes Abyss with his wrist tape as Jarrett stomps Abyss on the mat. Abyss is met with a double clothesline with the wrist tape and Harris continues to choke Abyss on the mat. Jarrett stomps Abyss on the mat. Harris climbs to the top rope and nails Abyss with a double axe handle for a two count. Abyss puts Harris in the Shock Treatment and the referee gets knocked down by Harris feet. Harris accidentally nails Jarrett with the championship. Abyss plants Harris with the Black Hole Slam and pins Harris to win the title! (*. The crowd popped for Abyss to win the title, which means the angle got over with the crowd. So, that’s a good thing, at least. This wasn’t designed to be a classic match by any means. They needed to pivot from Harris as a babyface champion and I don’t mind this direction even though Abyss isn’t a babyface either.)

John Shane & Rhino make their way out to complain. Shane wants Rhino to get a title shot against Abyss in January in a Monster’s Ball match. Abyss accepts the challenge for January.

Final Thoughts:
Not a good show. The opener was a good match, but it never reached that level of entertainment for the next two hours or so. The Maven/Brown segment was good and the main event segment clearly got over, but for a show focusing on in-ring it wasn’t an enjoyable show overall. However, I am interested to see the direction for Abyss as a babyface in the Cyberspace universe. Hopefully the Solution will get another shot at AMIL and there’s a proper match between the two teams. Plus, a proper blowoff for Mack/Brown. Cyberspace seems to have an issue with keeping angles/feuds alive for whatever reason, which can be a bit annoying for a viewer.

Thanks for reading.
