Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Footage of Sinister Minister getting attended to after suffering an injury to his hand, which was legit. The police officers helping Minister were combative towards the cameraman as Minister was involved in an accident that saw him lose part of a finger, I believe.
2.) Backstage, ECW Tag Team Champions Little Guido & Tony Mamaluke cut a promo about Sinister Minister losing a finger. Big Sal doesn’t think they should look into that. Sal decides he’ll look into it and find out who caused the injury. Sal had scissors with him, which may be hinting that the FBI had something to do with it.
3.) ECW Television Champion Rhino screams into the camera cutting a promo on New Jack. Rhino is going to how New Jack how he fights and Jack will realize that the only way to beat Rhino is to wrestle him. Thus, Jack’s chances are slim to beat him. Rhino is going to rip Jack’s nose off and shove it down his throat. Rhino screams into the camera some more about Jack not having a chance to beat him.
4.) Backstage, Danny Doring is cutting a promo to a Little Guido action finger. Roadkill tears the figure apart. Doring notes that they and the FBI have beaten every time in ECW. Doring blames himself for them losing to the FBI. Doring knew they were going to cheat, but now he wants just one more shot. Doring says they will pluck their heads, and Roadkill chimes in to say chickens.
5.) They air the Tommy Dreamer promo from the November To Remember pay per view.
6.) Backstage, Simon Diamond, Johnny Swinger and CW Anderson cut a promo. Diamond talks about Swinger being back after four weeks due to injury. CW Anderson suggests Diamond would like to pin something on Swinger’s butt. Diamond is smart enough to not get hurt, and Swinger asks if that means he’s stupid. CW talks about Christian York and Joey Matthews and tells them he’s been doing more than punching people with his left hand. CW tells Tommy Dreamer he’s going to use him as a stepping stone, because he’s an Anderson.
7.) Jasmine St. Claire cuts a promo while in the shower and says she likes squeaky clean PPVs. She naturally promotes the website to check out some photos. Blue Meanie enters the scene and says the pictures are for sure PG.
8.) Backstage, Nova cuts a promo about Chris Chetti being his former tag partner and former best friend. Nova says they are even because he cost Chetti his ECW career.
9.) Backstage, Steve Corino went into Sandman’s locker room before their main event match. Jack Victory held the door while Corino drinks a beer, but spits it out because it’s gross and dumps it out. Sandman comes out of the bathroom and brawls with Corino.
10.) Backstage, ECW World Champion Steve Corino cuts a promo after winning the title. Corino is bleeding and bruised from the main event. Corino knows that the fight has just begun. Corino says that everywhere he goes he knows that people are going to try and soften him up to win the ECW World Championship. Corino promises that won’t happen and he’s the leader of a new era. Corino says that the title means more money and that’s most important for his son, Colby. Corino says he’s going to get to any challenger before they get to him. They are all his enemies, except for Jack Victory.,
11.) Backstage, Francine is pissed that Justin Credible lost because it was supposed to be her night since she got her hair and nails done. Francine is pissed because there’s blood on her outfit. Credible is sitting on a chair with his head in his hands shaking his head. Francine insults Credible for having her get hit during the match because Credible is a coward. Francine tells Credible he’s getting on her nerves. Francine leaves the room and Credible says he needs to win the title back just to shut her up.
12.) Backstage, Jerry Lynn is met by Cyrus, but Cyrus tries to talk sense into Lynn. Cyrus says that Lynn was right to refute him. Cyrus knows that Lynn was screwed and it needs to be fixed. Cyrus can fix it for Lynn and make Lynn the ECW World Champion again. Cyrus tells Lynn to take some time to think about it. The show ends with Lynn thinking about the offer.
Final Thoughts:
There’s not much going on here as it just highlights November To Remember with a lot of backstage segments. The idea of Lynn turning heel to associate with Cyrus would be an interesting turn of events. Despite there not being much of original content, it’s a fine show to keep things going.
