1.) Steiner Brothers defeated Southern Posse
2.) Billy Kidman defeated Barry Houston
3.) Konnan defeated Eddie Jackie
4.) Bobby Eaton defeated Adrian Byrd
5.) Scott Norton defeated Hugh Morrus

Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Houston starts with a hammerlock, but Kidman takes Houston down with a snapmare. Houston shoulder blocks Kidman and continues with a scoop slam for a one count. Kidman takes Houston down with a head scissors followed by a standing dropkick. Kidman takes Houston out with a slingshot crossbody to the floor. They trade strikes on the floor until Kidman rolls Houston back into the ring. Kidman drops Houston over his knee, but Houston plants Kidman with a back suplex. Houston clotheslines Kidman in the corner followed by a bridging northern lights for a two count. Kidman fights out of a headlock but a knee strike stops his momentum. Houston connects with a vertical suplex for another near fall. Houston plants Kidman with a snap powerslam. Houston misses a top rope moonsault. Kidman hits a bulldog off the middle rope and slams Houston. Kidman heads to the top managing to hit the Shooting Star Press for the win. Houston quickly got up from the move essentially no selling it. (**. A decent little match and I’m all for Kidman getting some push to close out the year. He’d be a great addition to the Cruiserweight division.)

2.) Bobby Eaton managed to get a rare win on WCW Pro following a top rope knee drop, which Scott Hudson incorrectly stated was the Alabama Jam. Usually whenever Eaton wins a match he is then given a loss to someone. After the match, Joey Maggs came to ringside to celebrate the win with Eaton.

3.) Norton starts off with chopping Morrus for the early advantage followed by knee strikes in the corner. Morrus hip tosses Norton followed by a clothesline. Morrus ducks a clothesline and Norton connects with a shoulder block. Norton keeps Morrus on the mat with a nerve hold. Norton forearms Morrus but Morrus manages to powerslam Norton and goes to the top, but Buff Bagwell crotches Morrus on the top rope. Norton yanks Morrus off the middle rope after losing his footing. Norton splashes Morrus in the corner. Morrus leaps off the middle rope to clothesline Norton. Morrus decks Bagwell off the apron allowing Norton to hit a vertical suplex for the win. (*1/4. Well, the finish was incredibly weak. Morrus showed some great agility and shined even in defeat.)

Final Thoughts:
A weak week for WCW Pro this time around. It’s great to see Kidman get some momentum and a rare Bobby Eaton win is always a fun thing to see, as well.

Thanks for reading.
