Lance Russell and Dave Brown host the show. Russell says they have a special announcement regarding a first time ever event taking place in professional wrestling. After a commercial, Jerry Jarrett comes out to join the segment. Jerry talks about the Renegade Rampage tournament that has been going on for almost six months at this point. Jerry notes they have a chart for the points. Max Pain leads the points at 115 while Gary Young is second at 89, Jerry Lawler and Jeff Jarrett are at 80 and Billy Travis is tied with Scott Steiner at 75. Bill Dundee has 70, Steve Keirn has 65 and both Robert Fuller and Jimmy Jack Funk have 60 to close out the rankings. Jerry announces an event taking place this week where there will be three rings setup at the Coliseum. Everyone goes for the first ring and the last person standing gets 75-points. Everyone will go to the second ring and the last person will get 50-points. A third battle royal will take place and the winner gets 25-points. All three battle royals could be happening at one time. Jerry says there will be three matches going on at the same time. The finals will be taking place on June 6th. Jerry announces that Jerry Lawler will no longer be in the Renegade Rampage matches moving forward since he is the AWA World Champion. After Jerry departs, they continue to discuss the match for a substantial amount of time.

Lance Russell interviews Scott Steiner and Billy Travis regarding their upcoming tag title match. Travis found out last week that Steiner can fight and says he’s ready for the tag titles. Travis says they want the titles from the Cubans. Steiner talks about sitting in the stands watching wrestlers and thinks they have a good chance to win the tag titles.

MATCH #1: BILLY TRAVIS & SCOTT STEINER VS. ROUGH & READY
FINISH:
The Cuban Assassins come out and cause a disqualification by attacking Steiner and Travis. After the match, Travis grabs a chair to scare the Assassins from the ring.

Bob’s Take: The crowd seems to be heavily behind the duo of Steiner and Travis. Steiner is shredded and it shouldn’t be a surprise that he’s getting a push considering his look. I think I’ve said it before, but I’d strap Steiner up quick even in 1988. I mean, I’d strap up Scott Steiner before I ever put the title on Max Pain.
Match Rating: NR

Max Pain cuts a promo about reading his favorite magazine and saw a red corvette. Pain says the corvette is his when he wins the $250k. Pain says they are talking about cash now. Pain has done a lot of rotten, nasty things for money and he’s fixing to do it again. Pain suggests the wrestlers be ready because he’s coming for the cash. Pain notes that people die in the streets for a lot less.

Backstage, Lance Russell interviews Jeff Jarrett about the Renegade Rampage. Jarrett says he needs a new car with the money if he won it.

MATCH #2: ROBERT FULLER VS. DOUG DANCING
FINISH:
Fuller wins in less than a minute following an overhead suplex.

Bob’s Take: Fuller came across a bit more intense than I recall him in previous weeks when wrestling. Fuller is actually enjoyable here as he hit a nice double under hook suplex. Short and to the point for Fuller.
Match Rating: SQUASH

Backstage, Dave Brown interviews Billy Travis regarding what he’d buy with the money if he won. Travis says he’d buy his mom a new house if he ever got a bunch of money.

A video package highlighting what Robert Fuller has done in the area since returning and it focuses mostly on his attacks on Jeff Jarrett, Billy Travis and Tom Brandi.

Lance Russell interviews Robert Fuller. Fuller brags about beating up Lawler and Jarrett. Fuller believes he’s going to win a lot of money. Fuller says a lot of people are stepping stones for him. Fuller is looking to win his singles match and then win the first battle royal to gain 85-total points. Fuller thinks Jarrett has some problems and thinks the fans need to know his background. Fuller insults Jarrett’s mother causing Jeff to come out and confront Fuller. Jarrett says he has listen to enough and warns Fuller to not talk about his parents. Jarrett calls Fuller a coward. Fuller is going to backup his words by kicking Jarrett’s butt. Jarrett is waiting for Fuller in the ring, but backs down. Jarrett thinks Fuller can only do good by attacking someone from behind and Fuller proved that tonight.

MATCH #3: CWA SOUTHERN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE CUBAN ASSASSINS VS. JEFF JARRETT & TOM BRANDI
FINISH:
Robert Fuller comes out and breaks a bottle over Jarrett’s head to cause a disqualification. After the match, the locker room empties to run the Cubans from the ring as Fuller proclaimed he’s the baddest man.

Bob’s Take: They sure do love to put Fuller on TV, don’t they? The attack on Jarrett was not a surprise, but it did get a good reaction from the crowd.
Match Rating: NR

Gary Young shared pre-tape comments about what he’s going to do after winning the money. Young shows some pictures of women trying to be his valet. Young says it takes a lot of money for his expenses. Young says this is all about winning and promises he’s going to win. Young says he’d sell his mothers gravestone for $50k.

Lance Russell interviews Brickhouse Brown, who has the tag titles over his shoulders. Brown says he didn’t have a falling out Curt Hennig and says they just had a little disagreement. Brown knows that he can get the job done physically. Brown says he just needs to beat Max Pain and then handover the title to Curt Hennig.

MAIN EVENT: CWA SOUTHERN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE CUBAN ASSASSINS VS. BILLY TRAVIS & TOM BRANDI
FINISH:
Brickhouse Brown attacks Billy Travis on the floor causing another disqualification. After the match, Scott Steiner comes out and makes the save.

Bob’s Take: Obviously, Jarrett is out for the second fall and is replaced by Travis. Brandi looked good here with a nice dropkick and shoulder block at one point. But, there wasn’t anything much here aside from that.
Match Rating: NR

Final Thoughts:
The idea of three rings and having three matches taking place at the same time is a ridiculous idea. As a fan, that would annoy me as I wouldn’t be able to focus on most of the show. I’m looking forward for the end of the Renegade Warrior gimmick at this point.
