Footage from last week is shown where Jeff G. Bailey cut a promo on Steve “Chance” Martin. In the end, Bailey revealed that Steve’s wife was in a bodybag and suggested his men had their way with her. This led to a match being made between Steve and Bailey where if Steve won then AJ Styles gets a title shot against K-Krush. However, if Bailey wins then he gets thirty days of power over Wildside.

Some matches for Y2-Kaos taking place on January 8th (which has already happened) include JC Dazz vs. Bounty Hunter w/Al Getz, NCW US Champion Romeo Bliss defends against Terry Knight, NCW Tag Team Champions The Underdogs defend against Bad Attitude in a hair vs. titles match, NCW Heavyweight Champion Thunder vs. NWA Georgia Heavyweight Champion Rick Michaels in a unification match, Ruckus vs. Toad in a hardcore match, and for control of Wildside, Steve “Chance” Martin battles Jeff G. Bailey, if Bailey loses then AJ Styles wrestles K-Krush for the NCW Television Championship.

Opening Contest: Station House vs. Frenchy Rivera, Skinny Kenny Arden & Pete Platinum: This is the first appearance for Station House, which is three dudes acting as firefighters. According to the women in the crowd you’d think they were strippers. The match starts with all six men in the ring brawling, but the Station House hits a triple dropkick. Firehouse controls Rivera in a test of strength, but Rivera powers out for a moment, but Firehouse keeps Rivera down to the mat. Firehouse hip tosses Kenny a few times to maintain control of the match and delivers a knee drop to Kenny’s arm followed by a leg drop. Jake Pumper hits a crossbody onto Kenny for a two count. Platinum drives Pumper down with a suplex for a near fall. Platinum hits a seated dropkick and tags Rivera back into the match. Pumper nails Rivera with a forearm strike. Rescue tags into the match to lockup with Kenny, but backs off. Rescue is double teamed in the corner as the referee is distracted. Platinum tries for a powerbomb, but Rescue breaks free as the show goes to commercial.

Rescue continues to be worked over as Rivera hits a powerslam for a two count. Rivera hits a splash into the corner to drop Rescue to the mat and follows up with an elbow drop to the back. Rivera splashes Rescue on the back, as well. Platinum leaps off the top to knee strike Rescue. Platinum drives Rescue down with a back suplex, but the referee is distracted by Kenny. Rescue fights back with jabs in the corner and Pumper tags into the match. Pumper hits a middle rope shoulder block on Platinum. Platinum tosses Pumper with a slam. Martin works over Firehouse in the corner. Rescue hits a clothesline on Rivera and Pumper finishes off Rivera with a clothesline. (*. It took me literally three different times to finish this match. The gimmick does nothing for me and this felt like it took forever to get through.)

Backstage, Jeff G. Bailey and NCW Television Champion K-Krush cut a promo. Bailey says the only way AJ Styles will get a title shot is if Chance beats him, and that will not happen. Krush says he’s not getting in the ring with AJ Styles because he’s WWF material. Krush is going to rap and wrestle in the WWF. Krush does a dance and says that AJ can’t touch him.

Bad Attitude cut a promo at the empty arena. Rick Michaels is gonna scream if someone asks who will beat them next week. Michaels says that Chance has had one goal to make him and David Young look like idiots, and admits they are doing a good job. Rick promotes the January 8th show, which has already happened. Michaels smashes a chair on the ground and says they will be the tag team champions of the promotion. Michaels tosses the belt away and says it doesn’t matter to him because he’s a tag team wrestler. Michaels tells the Job Boys to get ready to go down.

Main Event: Jesse Taylor vs. AJ Styles: Taylor tosses Styles into a corner, but doesn’t followup on the advantage. Taylor shoulder blocks Styles and delivers a few stomps and strikes in the corner. Taylor controls Styles with a chin lock in the middle of the ring. Taylor stops Styles with a knee lift to the midsection. Taylor continues with stomps in the corner followed by a back elbow as Styles came off the ropes. Styles fires back with right hands, but misses a clothesline. Taylor bails to the floor to avoid a strike by Styles. Taylor strikes Styles from the floor and hits a powerslam for a two count. Taylor delivers a few knee drops to control Styles on the mat. Styles flips off the ropes and decks Taylor with a right hand. Taylor slams Styles to the canvas and connects with a leg drop. Taylor nails Styles with a strike to the midsection. Styles tries to fight back with strikes, but Taylor cuts off Styles with a leg drop for a two count. Styles sends Taylor chest first into the corner. Styles splashes Taylor in the corner and Taylor drops to the mat. Styles hits a standing moonsault for a two count. Styles connects with a dropkick. Styles dives over the top to take Taylor out with a crossbody. Taylor kicks Styles in the ribs and drops Styles over the apron. Taylor rolls Styles into the ring, but Styles clotheslines Taylor over the top to the floor from behind. Styles baseball slides Taylor off the apron causing Taylor to hit the apron face first. Styles hits a springboard leg drop and delivers a leg drop off the ropes for the win. (*1/2. That’s a weak finish and has to cement Taylor as fully turning heel.)

In the ring, Terry Knight cuts a promo about being screwed by Romeo Bliss several times. They were suppose to wrestle, but Bliss didn’t show up. Knight says that their match at 1/8 will be winner take all. Knight will win the title if there’s a count out or disqualification. Knight promises that the title will be his.

Backstage, NCW US Champion Romeo Bliss cuts a promo on Terry Knight. Bliss talks about Knight trying to play mind games with him, but brings up Jesse Taylor being so messed up he can’t win a match now because of him. Bliss believes he’s got Knight’s number. Bliss is going to be laying pipe down all night long Romeo style.

Backstage, Al Getz cuts a promo about the various guys who have failed to get the job done. Scottie Wrenn cuts off Getz and is annoyed by JC Dazz winning the matches lately. Wrenn is calling himself “Super Cool” Scottie Wrenn. Wrenn says he’ll split the money with Getz, which makes no sense because it’s all Getz money. Getz agrees to sign the match against Dazz.

Final Thoughts:
A lackluster episode this week. They mentioned on commentary that Stone Mountain, Q-Sick and Vic Violent may have been kicked out of Bailey’s group. I’m hoping that the 1/8 event will be shown on TV, and it appears that at least the key matches will be shown. So, I’m looking forward to the fallout.
