Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Backstage, Cyrus cuts a promo regarding the Network going to Manhattan where the tag title tournament will be taking place. Cyrus says that ECW TV Champion Rhino and ECW World Champion Justin Credible will be teaming up to bring the tag titles to the Network. Cyrus claims this to be the biggest thing to hit Manhattan in 100 years. Cyrus says that nobody stands up to the Network.

2.) All six men are in the ring brawling to start off the match. York and Matthews double powerbomb Dinero to the mat. Nova and Chetti double team Money for a moment. York and Matthews brawl with Nova and Chetti in the ring. Chetti sits York on the top rope, but is shoved off. York hits a crossbody on Nova for a near fall as Chetti breaks the cover. Matthews avoids Chetti allowing Money to hit Chetti with a spinning heel kick. Dinero works over Nova in the corner with right hands. York takes Dinero and Money out with a somersault dive. Matthews takes Nova and Chetti out with a crossbody off the top to the floor. Nova plants Matthews with a tornado DDT with help from Money. York dropkicks Money to the floor. Chetti plants York with the Amityville Horror. Nova and Chetti hit the Tidal Wave on York for the first elimination.

Dinero works over Nova with right hands against the ropes. Nova fights back with a kick to the midsection and gets a rollup for a two count. Dinero sends Nova into the ropes and Money hits Nova with a chair shot leading to a near fall. Nova kicks Dinero and hits a reverse DDT on Money. Nova hits a combo reverse DDT/DDT on Money and Dinero for a two count. Chetti chops Dinero against the ropes. Chetti drives Dinero down to the mat with a slam. Chetti and Nova try for another Tidal Wave, but Chris Hamrick shoved them off. That allows Money to nail Nova with a slingshot somersault lariat to win the match. (**1/2. This was non-stop action and an easy watch. Money and Dinero winning is probably the right choice, but Hamrick assisting them isn’t going to elevate them much for me. It was weird that teams were breaking the covers when the match was elimination, as well. Despite that, it was a solid match.) After the match, Nova is beaten up by Hamrick, Money and Dinero. That is until Jerry Lynn comes out and takes Money out with a hurricanrana. Lynn hits a double DDT on Dinero and Hamrick to make the save. Lynn and Nova dive to the floor to take out Money and Dinero.

3.) Hamrick tries to suplex Lynn into the ring, but Lynn counters with a hip toss and arm drag. Hamrick hammers away on Lynn, but Lynn backdrops Hamrick over the top to the floor. Lynn runs off the apron hitting a somersault dive. Lynn works over Hamrick in the corner for a moment. Lynn hits a middle rope crossbody for a near fall. Hamrick shoves Lynn off the middle rope to hit a top rope elbow drop for a two count. Lynn atomic drops Hamrick and atomic drops Hamrick into the corner. Hamrick tries to escape the ring, but backs himself into the ring post groin first. Lynn rams Hamrick into the post again. Lynn hooks Hamrick for a suplex, but Hamrick fights free. Hamrick avoids a DDT, but Lynn spikes Hamrick with a cradle piledriver for the win. (**1/4. A solid match with Hamrick displaying some fun high risk moves. There was never a doubt that Lynn was winning this one, though.)

4.) Backstage, Swinger, Diamond and CW cut a promo. They are reminded of Doring and Roadkill when they see flies. CW murders a fly and says that he’s going to do the same to Tommy Dreamer. They are apparently involved in a six man tag at the ECW Arena and they are going to show how they solve a problem.

5.) Backstage, Dreamer, Doring and Roadkill cut a promo. Dreamer lists other trios that he thinks about before he thinks of CW, Swinger and Diamond. Dreamer promises they will all bleed. Dreamer is going to show how elite their dysfunctional team can be.

6.) Lou E. Dangerously brings out Steve Corino and Scotty Anton for an interview. Dangerously puts himself over for how well he does Danger Zone, which he does better than Paul E. Dangerously. Corino and Anton are his first guest. Corino cuts off Dangerously and says he doesn’t care what the Network thinks. Corino is mad about Credible and Rhino representing the Network on the tag title tournament. Corino says that spot belongs to him and Anton. Corino takes credit for helping Credible and Rhino win their single titles. ECW World Champion Justin Credible joins the segment and Corino says that Credible would be nothing without them since day one. Credible doesn’t like having his name brought up by Corino and shoves him. Corino claims that Credible would have lost the belt a long time ago if it wasn’t for him. Credible thinks that Corino is delusional. Credible gets in Corino’s face and Corino calls Credible a bitch. ECW TV Champion Rhino enters the scene and that leads to a brawl with Rhino hitting Anton with a GORE! Corino and Anton fight back with strikes. Officials come out to break them up to end the segment.

7.) Backstage, Chris Chetti and Nova cut a promo. Chetti is annoyed they aren’t champs because their last opportunity they nearly won the titles. Chetti promises they will win the gold at Hammerstein. Nova recalls being told four years ago that the hard work in the ring and gym would lead to success and he has nothing to show for it. They are determined to win the gold in New York.

8.) Anderson backs Dreamer into a corner, but misses a strike. They trade headlocks on the mat and they both miss elbow drops. They have a standoff after both missing clotheslines. Dreamer is tripped by Diamond from the floor. Jazz trips Anderson on the other side. Jazz tries to get after Diamond and Swinger. The referee ends up tossing Diamond, Swinger and Jazz from ringside to prevent interference. The referee threatens to prevent them from wrestling in Florida if they aren’t gone at the count of ten. Anderson works over Dreamer with strikes in the corner. Dreamer chops Anderson in the corner several times. Anderson misses a right hand and Dreamer delivers a neckbreaker. They roll to the floor where Dreamer hits Anderson with a drink. Dreamer sends Anderson into the guard railing back first. Dreamer chokes Anderson with a jacket. Anderson hits a suplex after Swinger tossed powder into Dreamer’s face. Dreamer gets a rollup after Anderson collides with Swinger for a two count. CW avoids a DDT and sends Dreamer into the ropes where Diamond whacks Dreamer with a cooking sheet. Anderson connects with the spinebuster for the win. After the match, Doring and Roadkill make the save taking out Diamond and Swinger. CW hits Roadkill with a chair shot and plants Doring with a spinebuster. CW does a spinebuster to Roadkill, as well. Jazz hits CW with a chair, but it met with the Problem Solver. CW, Diamond and Swinger stand tall. (*1/2. CW getting a pin on Dreamer is great for him, but I was really hopeful that there wouldn’t be interference to lead to it. The aftermath is effective and I’m trying to wrap my head around the trio being a credible heel group. Considering the Network dominates TV, I’m not sure of CW, Swinger and Diamond are going to breakout of the midcard scene at this moment. I’m hoping for Swinger/Diamond win the tag titles with Doring and Roadkill chasing.)

Final Thoughts:
I thought it was a good show this week with a couple of solid matches and a major angle taking place with Corino turning face against the Network. I’m interested to see how ECW looks coming out of the ECW Arena show and Hammerstein.
