The commentator didn’t know Duggan’s move was a clothesline and not a spear. You’ve got to be living under a rock to not know that. This was what you’d expect from Duggan on the indies. Duggan does very little before getting the pop of a victory.)

Not nearly as good as their match from March. I was hoping that they’d come out and put on another stellar outing and this was much more tame and basic compared to the previous outing. The referee literally yawned raising Sabin’s arm, that should tell you something.)

DeVito had some better moves here than I ever remember seeing him do in ECW, so that was a pleasant surprise.) After the match, a bunch of kids enter the ring and celebrate with DeVito.,

They followed the routine that Lawler has mastered and it got over with the crowd. I suppose that’s all that matters.)

Danger signals for the end and grabs Collins. Starr accidentally superkicks Danger. Vik grabs Starr onto his shoulders and launches Starr into a neckbreaker by Collins for the win. (**1/2. A decent tag match. Starr and Danger have been far more entertaining than I’ve expected. The NOW are super young at this point in their careers, but they worked well even at this point. Collins looks drastically different compared to his older days.)

Abyss nails Cage on the back with the championship. Abyss wakes up the referee and covers Cage for a two count. Abyss grabs the original referee for a chokeslam, but Cage low blows Abyss and hits the Un-Prettier for the win. (*1/2. It shouldn’t be a surprise with how they approached this match. The match never had much drama to it and they used the referee trope. I’m glad there was an actual finish and they didn’t do a DQ finish to end the show on a bad note.)

Final Thoughts:
I’d say this was a disappointing show. I had high hopes for a Sabin/Xavier rematch, but they didn’t come anywhere near their outing from Wrestlefest. NEW has had far better shows and this isn’t one to go out of your way to watch.
