Last week, Jeff G. Bailey cut a promo saying that Butcher never pinned Ruckus. Bailey says that Ruckus will beat Stone Mountain. Ruckus chimes in and says he’ll be damned if Stone Mountain thinks he can take Ruckus out if Butcher couldn’t do it.
Backstage, Honest John and Abdullah The Butcher cut a promo. John does the talking and says that Butcher will be returning from Japan soon to compete at Wildside. Butcher gets up and chokes a bloodied Frenchy Rivera.

Estrada arm drags Lopez a second time and the referee tells Estrada to stop pulling hair. Estrada gets control with a headlock. Lopez breaks free and bails to the floor. That was a bit too sloppy and not very good.)
Second Contest: Big Ron Studd vs. Big Eddie Cool, Damien Steele & Marky Mark: Studd dominates the match, as you’d expect. Studd chokeslams all three men. Studd casually pins Steele to win the match.
Backstage, Steve Skyfire cuts a promo saying he’s finally arrived to Wildside. Skyfire tells the ladies they may not be first, but they won’t be the last. Skyfire warns the Wildside wrestlers that they will feel the burn of Skyfire. Skyfire has competed on TV already and would be known as EZ Money in ECW.
Third Contest: Luther Biggs vs. Romeo Bliss: Bliss hip tosses Biggs and delivers a few strikes in the corner. Bliss keeps control with a side headlock. Bliss switches to a wrist lock to keep Biggs on the mat. Bliss gets a two count with a rollup and an inside cradle. Bliss chops Biggs in the corner, but misses a spear and hits the ring post shoulder first. Bliss crashes to the floor. Biggs works over Bliss and rams Bliss onto the apron. Bill Behrens comes out to ringside as Biggs chokes Bliss over the bottom rope. Behrens continues to choke Bliss over the ropes. Biggs boot scrapes Bliss and delivers an elbow strike. Biggs chokes Bliss followed by an elbow drop for a two count. Biggs drops Bliss with an elbow strike and stomps Bliss on the mat. Biggs scoop slams Bliss and taunts the crowd. Biggs heads to the top rope, but is stopped by Bliss. Bliss nails Biggs with a strike to the midsection. Bliss avoids a charging Biggs in the corner and hits an Un-Prettier. Bliss continues with a clothesline and spikes Biggs with a piledriver. Behrens gets on the apron to distract the referee and Bliss. Bliss grabs Behrens, but Biggs decks Bliss from behind and hits a swinging neckbreake for the win. (*. Not a surprising result since it is Biggs debut and the heels appear to be getting all the momentum they can get.)
Main Event: Bad Attitude (Rick Michaels & David Young) vs. Eddie Golden & NCW United States Champion Terry Knight: Golden and Knight attack Bad Attiude in the corner, but are met with backdrops and clotheslines. Knight is taken down by a double backdrop. Knight and Young start the match with Young hitting an atomic drop and Knight collides with Golden. Michaels decks Knight with a clothesline and the heels regroup to the floor. Behrens has made New South honorary NCW Tag Team Champions since Rock n Roll Express will not be at Hardcore Hell on April 1st. Golden and Michaels are in the match now with Golden backing Michaels into the corner and delivers a few strikes. Golden misses a splash in the corner and Michaels arm drags Golden to the mat to keep arm control. Golden goes to the ropes, but Michaels keeps control with an arm drag. Golden is dropped over the top rope by Young on the apron as the show goes to commercial.
Knight backs Young against the ropes and ducks a clothesline, but Young hits an arm drag. Michaels leaps off the top to axe handle Knight over the arm. Michaels keeps Knight on the mat with an arm bar. Knight tags in Golden, but Michaels arm drags Golden and hits a dropkick as Golden comes off the ropes. Michaels covers, but Golden kicks out at two. Young elbows Golden and delivers an elbow drop. Young keeps arm control on Golden for a few moments. Golden knee strikes Young, but Young responds with a powerslam for a two count. Young takes Golden down and Michaels knee strikes Golden. Michaels delivers a knee drop to the lower midsection of Golden. Michaels slams Golden and delivers a forearm drop for a two count. Knight gets in the ring and strikes Michaels. Michaels sends Knight into the ropes to deliver an elbow strike. Bailey gets on the apron to cause a distraction. Knight hits Michaels with the US Championship on the knee and Golden works over the injured knee. Michaels refuses to give in to a leg lock. Knight knee drops Michaels on the injured knee. Golden enters and double team Michaels and enters without a tag to keep Michaels on the mat.
Golden pulls Michaels off the ropes and delivers a low blow. Knight returns to the match and puts a spinning toe hold on Michaels. Golden strikes Michaels on the floor and Bailey cheap shots Michaels. Knight tries for a cover, but Michaels kicks out at two. Michaels kicks Knight and tries to tag in Young, but the referee didn’t see the tag. Golden continues to work over Michaels injured knee. Knight puts a leg lock on Michaels, but doesn’t get a submission. Michaels can’t tag in Young as Knight continues to control the match with a figure four. Michaels tries to hang on and kicks out at two as Michaels was fading while in the hold. Golden stomps Michaels to help Knight. Knight tries for a backdrop, but Michaels sunset flips Knight. Golden distracts the referee and Michaels only manages a two count. Knight clotheslines Michaels as the show goes to commercial. Golden entered the match and knee dropped Michaels.
Young got the hot tag and cleans house with strikes. Young plants Golden with a float over DDT. Young superkicks Golden to the floor and nails Knight with a spinebuster. Michaels leaps of the top to frog splash Knight and Young hits a moonsault to pin Knight for the win. (**. I was surprised there was a clean finish here, but since it Bad Attitude are a regular tag team it was a logical decision. The leg work on Michaels as a bit long, but overall it wasn’t a bad match to sit through.)
After the match, Bill Behrens and Jason Ultima come down and Ultima chokes out Young. Jason puts a leg lock on Michaels while Bailey pummels Young on the mat. The NCW guys storm the ring to make the save to end the segment.
Stone Mountain says he’s NCW through and through. He’ll do whatever Steve Martin needs him to do. Mountain tells Jeff G. Bailey that God shall have mercy on his soul because he will not.
Final Thoughts:
For a go-home show there wasn’t a major happening to get that last minute hype for Hardcore Hell. Hardcore Hell appears to have a decent card attached to it and I’m looking forward to seeing how it goes.
Thanks for reading.
