I guess neither guy is up to much of anything at this point.)
4.) Eric Bischoff hosts the WNN segment. Bischoff talks about Nikita Koloff discussing his motives about being at the press conference following Sting’s title victory. Koloff thinks Sting and himself needs to have a chat. That’s when the world will know his motives. Bischoff shows footage in slow motion. Koloff watched Sting and Rude brawling. When the Dangerous Alliance got involved that’s when Nikita Koloff got involved to help Sting. Barry Windham and Dustin Rhodes have signed to wrestle the Dangerous Alliance in bullrope and Texas bunkhouse match. Dustin says he wouldn’t want to be in their shoes. Windham chimes in and says they will feel pain a thousand times over.
5.) WCW World Champion Sting cuts a promo on Vader. Sting puts over Vader being impressive live and in color. Sting has respect for Vader and knows he needs to change his approach with Vader. Sting says he has to be quicker and plan his attack differently towards Vader. Sting notes he won the title with hard work and not luck.

Anderson tries to sneak up from behind, but is chopped by Steamboat. Steamboat won that by disqualification. (***. I thought this was a really good TV match. It was competitive with neither man getting an extended amount of time in control, which makes for a better viewing. The aftermath was a great advancement for Rude vs. Steamboat. It was a productive main event.)
10.) Eric Bischoff interviews Ron Simmons, who corrects Bischoff on being a three-time All – American and not a two-time All-American. Simmons was happy to see Junkyard Dog return to WCW at Superbrawl II for having his back. Simmons is looking for a title shot at the WCW United States Championship. Simmons is setting his sights on WCW United States Champion Rick Rude. (I looked it up and Simmons was a two-time All-American.)
Final Thoughts:
A solid episode of WCW Pro this week with the Steiner’s having a fun enhancement match and the closing match being a good competitive bout with a strong aftermath to continue promotion for Rude vs. Steamboat.
