Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Funaki ducks a clothesline to deliver a few strikes. Stamboli stops Funaki, but misses a splash in the corner. Stamboli elbows Funaki, but Funaki responds with strikes. Funaki hits a crossbody off the ropes for a two count. Funaki kicks Stamboli on the side of the head for a two count. Funaki ducks a clothesline and head scissors Stamboli to the floor. Funaki baseball slides the FBI into each other. Stamboli decks Funaki from behind. Stamboli rolls Funaki back into the ring and delivers a few elbow drops. Stamboli tries for a cover, but Funaki kicks out at two. Stamboli chokes Funaki over the ropes and Palumbo delivers a cheap shot. Stamboli hooks Funaki for a suplex into the ring and drops Funaki over the ropes gut first for a near fall. Funaki strikes Stamboli and tries for a wheelbarrow, but is driven to the mat chest first for a two count. Stamboli controls Funaki on the mat with an arm bar. Funaki knee lift free and hip tosses Stamboli. Funaki drop toe holds Stamboli into the corner and dropkicks a kneeling Stamboli for a two count. Funaki heads to the top rope, but is caught by Stamboli. Funaki counters with a tornado DDT for a near fall. Stamboli sends Funaki to the floor where Nunzio pummels Funaki with strikes. Stamboli press slams Funaki onto the top rope before they get back into the ring. Stamboli slams Funaki and hits a twisting top rope leg drop for the win. (**. Stamboli has a ton of potential with his unique offense and power moves. I’ve always dug Stamboli and hope that Smackdown can give him some momentum.)

2.) Stryker gets control with an elbow strike and a headlock. Stryker shoulder blocks Moore, but Moore hip tosses Stryker. Moore floats over Stryker and delivers a couple of arm drags. Moore keeps Stryker on the mat with an arm bar. Stryker forearms Moore against the ropes. Moore hits a hurricanrana to send Stryker to the floor. Moore misses a baseball slide and is rammed into the railing and apron back first. Stryker rolls Moore back into the ring for a near fall. Stryker uppercuts Moore followed by a stomp. Stryker sends Moore into the corner a couple of times for a two count. Stryker keeps Moore on the mat pulling back on his arms. Moore fights free quickly, but a knee lift stops Moore. Moore avoids a back suplex to hit a spinning heel kick. Moore strikes Stryker several times and delivers a clothesline. Moore elbows Stryker followed by a dropkick. Moore hits a middle rope crossbody and drives Stryker to the mat gut first for a near fall. Stryker avoids Moore in the corner, but Moore hits a middle rope heel kick. Moore hits a middle rope blockbuster for the win. (**. A decent bout with Moore doing well in getting the shine. Stryker has a good style and he had a couple of good hard hitting strikes in the bout.)

3.) DeMott takes Payne down to the mat and gains control. DeMott kicks Payne to the apron. Payne shoulder rams DeMott and tries a sunset flip, but is stopped. DeMott keeps control with a sleeper and strikes Payne on the ribs. DeMott stomps Payne on the mat and delivers a chop in the corner. DeMott headbutts Payne in the corner a few times. DeMott sends Payne into the corner, but Payne elbows DeMott and is met with a clothesline in midair. DeMott plants Payne with a powerbomb for the win. (*. Morrus being a bully to guys more his size does a lot more for him compared to beating up Cruiserweight wrestlers every week.)

4.) Tajiri elbows out of a hammerlock, but Noble takes Tajiri to the mat and they trade control for a moment. Noble takes Tajiri to the mat, but is met with an arm drag a couple of timeds. Tajiri tries for a cover, but Noble goes to the ropes. Noble stomps Tajiri in the corner, but is met with the tarantula for five seconds. Nidia yanks Tajiri off the apron. Noble hits a suicide dive to take Tajiri out on the floor. Noble knee lifts Tajiri for a two count. Noble delivers a front suplex for a two count. Noble leg drops Tajiri for another two count. Noble sends Tajiri chest first into the corner and taunts Tajiri on the mat. Noble puts an abdominal stretch on Tajiri, but doesn’t get a submission. Tajiri hip tosses Noble, but is kicked into a corner. Tajiri sidesteps Noble and delivers a few kicks. Noble forearms Tajiri, but is met with a superkick. Tajiri handspring back elbows Noble and delivers chops in the corner. Tajiri counters a head scissors by dropping Noble to the mat face first for a near fall. Tajiri chops Noble, but Noble tries for a neckbreaker and Tajiri holds onto the ropes. Noble gets a two count with a rollup. Tajiri misses a kick, but Tajiri avoids the Tiger Bomb and dropkicks a seated Noble. Tajiri nails Noble with a kick to the head for the clean win. (**. A short form match, but a decent one between these two.)

Final Thoughts:
An average episode of Velocity this week. The show didn’t feature any major or notable names, but there was some decent action throughout.
