It was honestly incredible to see these guys do that throughout the match. Pleasant surprise.)

After the match, Wrenn plants Estrada with a couple of powerbombs and looks under the ring for a chair. Shank comes out and attacks Wrenn to make the save. Shank powerslams Wrenn coming off the ropes and Wrenn bails to the floor. (**. I kind of figured Wrenn was being primed to being a top heel for Wildside and that this would be one-sided. Instead, Estrada pulls out a draw. I’m assuming Estrada could be getting a focus in Wildside if he’s being protected in this manner. Shank seems to be a potential player, as well.)

Dazz leaps off the middle rope to bulldog Knight for the win. (*1/2. I’d imagine Dazz is going to be getting a title shot and elevated up the card. The match was mostly lifeless and the crowd was flat throughout. The finish seemed to come out of nowhere as even the commentators weren’t ready for it.)

Shank will write a letter describing the happiness in his sould when he’s done.

Final Thoughts:
Well, this is a bit of an interesting episode. Shank is truly a bizarre character and to suggest he’s murdered Wrenn’s family is a crazy tidbit. I mean, he’s obviously not done that in kayfabe, but he’s suggesting he will. Cornette is a great addition to TV as his promos are worthwhile and very good. Timber/Shank stood out as a fun TV match. I’d consider this an average overall episode.
