WWF Intercontinental Champion Marty Jannetty defeated Bam-Bam Bigelow by count out to retain the title: Before the match, Sherri Martel attacks Luna Vachon. Bigelow attacks Jannetty before the bell with right hands and head butts. Bigelow with a clothesline that sees Jannetty spin in the air. Bigelow goes back to work on Jannetty with several head butts. Bigelow with a shoulder block that flips Jannetty again. Bigelow sends Jannetty into the ropes and clotheslines Jannetty down. Jannetty with a overhand chop and a series of right hands. Jannetty goes up top connecting with a overhand chop. Jannetty with right hands and backs Bigelow in the corner where he is met with a head butt from Bigelow. Bigelow with a overhand blow to the back of Jannetty. Bigelow attempts a backdrop but Jannetty lands on his feet. Bigelow catches Jannetty and has a bear hug locked in. Bigelow rams Jannetty back first into the corner a couple of times. Jannetty blocks a right hand and takes Bigelow down with a couple of head scissors. Jannetty goes for a third one but Bigelow blocks and drives Jannetty down with a electric chair slam. Back from commercial, Bigelow has a headlock on Jannetty. Bigelow stops Jannetty with a overhand blow to the back. Jannetty misses a wild right hand as Bigelow works on Jannetty with a right hand followed by a standing dropkick. Bigelow splashes Jannetty in the corner. Bigelow covers but Jannetty kicks out at two. Bigelow runs into a double big boot in the corner and Jannetty leaps off the ropes taking Bigelow down with a clothesline for a near fall. Jannetty with a spinning back elbow and a face buster for a near fall. Jannetty with a super kick clothesline coming off the ropes and a dropkick for a near fall. Jannetty with a front face lock but quickly lets go. Bigelow rakes Jannetty’s eyes and scoop slams Jannetty. Bigelow continues with a double under hook backbreaker. Bigelow grabs Sherri as she grabs his foot. Bigelow is kneed to the floor and met with a baseball slide from Jannetty. Jannetty leaps off the top taking Bigelow out with a cross body to the floor! Bigelow sends Jannetty back into the ring and is distracted by Sherri, which causes him to be counted out. **¾
After the match, Bigelow attacks Jannetty by scoop slamming him and connecting with a senton splash.

Sherri Martel comes back down and calls out Luna. Luna comes out and eventually Sherri beats Luna up. Sherri slams Luna on the floor. Bam-Bam Bigelow makes his way down and holds Sherri as Luna gets a few shots in. Tatanka comes down and brawls with Bigelow. Luna and Bigelow retreat to the backstage area.
Second Contest: Steiner Brothers defeated Rich Myers/The Executioner: Scott Steiner showcases the ever impressive Steiner Screwdriver planting Myers with the move. Rick Steiner follows up with a bulldog for the win.

Third Contest: Mr. Hughes defeated Bert Centeno: Hughes finishes Bert off in three minutes following a side slam.
Gene with the King of the Ring report. Just added to the pay per view, Shawn Michaels will defend the WWF Intercontinental Championship against Crush. Crush believes that Michaels is the reason he is not in the King of the Ring tournament.

Fourth Contest: “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan defeated Mark Thomas: Duggan survives the offense of Thomas which was right hands. Duggan with several slams and finishes Thomas off with a running clothesline.
After the match, Duggan grabs a microphone and leads the audience in the Pledge.

Vince McMahon goes over the recent event affecting Razor Ramon. Ramon has now offered $5,000 for one more chance at the 1-2-3 Kid.
Vince McMahon welcomes the 1-2-3 Kid via video and Kid tells McMahon that he rejects the money offer.
Main Event: Razor Ramon defeated Tony Roy: Roy nearly picks up the win when the crowd and Randy Savage mock Ramon. That continues to happen and Roy again nearly wins. Ramon comes back and dominates and finishes the Roy off with the Razors Edge.

Vince McMahon interviews Yokozuna and Mr. Fuji. McMahon yells at Fuji as he believes the US flag should be the only flag waving and not the Japan flag. Yokozuna says that Hulkamania will die. Vince McMahon says that Hulk Hogan may arrive next week. Fuji doesn’t remember the past and only thinks of the future. Jim Duggan appears in the balcony and has a flag off with Fuji to end the show.
