Bigelow sends Tatanka to the floor for the tenth elimination. Savage sends Bastion Booger to the floor for the eleventh elimination. Ramon clotheslines Bigelow over the top for the twelfth elimination. Owen Hart eliminates MVP for the thirteenth elimination. Jacque eliminates Owen Hart moments later for the fourteenth elimination. Razor and Savage team up to face the Quebecers, Rick Martel and Adam Bomb. Savage is double teamed by Martel and Bomb while the Quebecers control Razor Ramon for a few moments. Jacque backdrops Pierre right on to Ramon while Bomb accidentally hits Martel with a right hand. Savage backdrops Bomb over the top to the floor for the fifteenth elimination. Quebecers, Martel and Bomb team up to eliminate Savage for the sixteenth elimination. This leaves Ramon to face the Quebecers and Rick Martel. Ramon avoids a triple dropkick. Ramon knocks all three men down with right hands but the numbers catch up to him. Martel works on the ribs of Ramon as do the Quebecers. Ramon fights back on Martel but the Quebecers stop the offense of Ramon. Pierre accidentally clotheslines Jacque over the top to the floor for the seventeenth elimination. Ramon sends Pierre over the top for the last elimination. Ramon and Martel are going to go at for the WWF Intercontinental Championship next week on RAW. The referees need to hold both men back.
Second Contest: The Heavenly Bodies defeated Mark Thomas/Scott Taylor: Thomas decides that it is a smart idea to turn his back on Pritchard and he gets his knee taken out. Del Ray with a side slam of sorts on Thomas. Del Ray botches a slingshot clothesline onto Taylor from the apron. Pritchard with a spine buster from the middle turnbuckle. Double super kick on Taylor for the win.
We go to WWF Superstars from last week and see footage of Doink coming down to the ring with a few buckets. Bam-Bam Bigelow and Luna are walking back to the locker room. Doink throws some confetti onto Bam-Bam Bigelow. Luna yells at Doink and Doink simply splashes the water over the head of Luna. Bam-Bam chases Doink but Doink goes under the ring. Some jobber is trying to help Luna. Bam-Bam beats the kid up. Doink ties a string around the guard rails. Bam-Bam charges and trips over the laces.
Main Event: Doink defeated Corey Student: Doink is officially a baby face as his music now longer has a dark sadistic tone to it. Doink has another bucket and Heenan tries to hide behind papers. Heenan begs Doink not to splash him. Doink dumps popcorn onto Heenan, who acts like he is freezing as if he had been splashed with water. Domination by Doink with a dropkick, power slam and the Whoopee Cushion for the win.
After the match, Bam-Bam Bigelow makes his way down to the ring but is held back by several officials.
Vince McMahon hypes up the Razor Ramon/Rick Martel match for the vacant WWF Intercontinental Championship next week. Heenan chooses Martel to win the title. The final moments of the battle royal are shown, where Ramon manages to fight back and eliminate the Quebecers.
End of Show
My Take: The battle royal took up a good amount of time this week and the final two men were a good choice. Ramon is getting a pretty good baby face reception ever since his turn back in the summer. Martel can’t be a logical choice to win the belt considering he hasn’t had any major wins in a few months. Heavenly Bodies continue to look fairly good in their matches. Doink has been made into a complete joke of a character. Doink should be a heel and Bam-Bam Bigelow needs to be a in a better program.
