From: Dehli, NY

Angle Developments/Notes:

1. Gorilla Monsoon hosts the WWF Update this week. He talks this week about Bobby Heenan being fired from the WWF on RAW this past week. Monsoon also talks about the Royal Rumble. WWF World Champion Yokozuna will be defending the championship against the Undertaker! It will be Undertaker’s one and only title match. But, guess what Paul Bearer put in a stipulation that the match will be a casket match! We hear from Cornette who says that he didn’t make a mistake but instead he feels that Bearer added something after Cornette had signed the contract. Jim assures us that Yokozuna didn’t show any fear at the Survivor Series. Yokozuna will take the Undertaker out at the Royal Rumble!

2. This is Tatanka’s return to action after being taken out by Ludvig Borga on the 10/30 edition of Superstars.

3. Earlier this week, Vince McMahon sat down with Owen Hart. McMahon notes that there is some serious friction between Owen and Bret. Owen says the friction started earlier than Survivor Series because all anyone ever talks about it Bret. Owen says he was better at football, wrestling and school. Owen thinks he carried the family honor more than Bret did. After all, Owen pinned two guys while Bret struggled. Owen is upset that the family celebrated the win without him so he came back to the ring and made it clear he was sick and tired of it all. He wants to get his credit. Owen says Bret is his brother and he is not the brother of Bret Hart. Owen is sick and tired of living in Bret’s shadow and challenges Bret to a match! He wants to prove that he is better than Bret Hart.

Final Thoughts:
An average episode of Superstars this week. The feud with Owen and Bret continues to be the main angle that is focused on here on Superstars, but it has been done nicely. I just feel there needs to be a weekly featured bout to make the show as entertaining as possible.

Thanks for reading.
