Matches:
1.) Tracy Smothers defeated Paul Lee
2.) Tim Horner defeated Mike Sampson
3.) Brian Lee defeated The Nightstalker
4.) Ron Garvin defeated Killer Kyle by disqualification

Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Apparently, every match between the Heavenly Bodies and the Rock N’ Roll Express will now be a title match.

2.) This is the debut of Tracy Smothers in Smoky Mountain Wrestling and he got really good ovation from the crowd. Tracy won the match following a top rope leaping uppercut called the Jaw Jacker.

3.) Bob Caudle is with Tracy Smothers for an interview following his in-ring debut. Smothers says it is a pleasure to be in the South and to be with the wrestling of the future in Smoky Mountain Wrestling. Tracy is American by birth and Southern by the grace of God.

4.) Bob Caudle interviews the Rock N’ Roll Express for an interview. Robert Gibson has his hand all taped up. Gibson apologizes for not being here last week. Ricky Morton doesn’t need an apology because Gibson saved him in time from the champs. Morton is ready for a tag title shot as they are here to stay!

5.) Dirty White Boy was on commentary during Tim Horner’s match. After the match, Horner left the ring quickly and chased after White Boy but wasn’t able to get to him. White Boy denied avoiding Horner but quickly left the commentary table following the three count. Horner is interviewed by Bob Caudle saying that he is tired of playing. Horner got mad about the hanging and the beer bottle so now it is time for payback. Horner is going to win the SMW Heavyweight Championship.

6.) Earlier in the day, Bob Caudle was with Sandy Scott, Mark Curtis and Bob Armstrong to answer the question if the Master will be allowed to compete. Scott says that the Master should not be allowed to wrestle. Curtis agrees to a certain extent and believes that Lee should have his opportunity to get some revenge. Bob Armstrong chimes in and says that Master is allowed just to end the issues once and for all.

7.) Lee doesn’t waste any time as he big boots Nightstalker and sends him over the top to the floor with a clothesline. Lee sends Nightstalker into the ring post a few times head first. Back in the ring, Lee hits a power slam followed by a dropkick for a two count. Nightstalker avoids Lee in the corner but runs into a big boot moments later. Lee chokes Nightstalker over the middle rope for a few moments. Lee avoids an elbow drop after a scoop slam. A guy dressed like a reaper throws salt or something into Lee’s face to give Nightstalker control as he hits a dropkick. Nightstalker continues his offense with a clothesline and sends Lee to the floor. Nightstalker brings Lee back into the ring with a suplex from the apron. Lee is sent hard chest first into the corner and Nightstalker hits a back suplex. Nightstalker comes off the top and hits a flying clothesline. The referee has been knocked down as Lee stops Nightstalker on the top with a few right hands. Lee hits a superplex! off the top rope! The reaper holds Lee on the apron but Nightstalker accidentally knocks him off and Lee gets a rollup and pins Nightstalker. (*1/2. There were a few moments of solid action, but Nightstalker sometimes looked lost and didn’t flow well with Lee in there. The outcome seemed rather obvious in order to get to the reveal of the Master next week.)

8.) Bob Caudle is with Brian Lee for an interview. Lee says that everyone is trying to get to him and now he has a shot at the Master. Lee is going to take Master out next week just like his hired hands.

9.) Down & Dirty this week has the SMW Tag Team Champions the Heavenly Bodies and Jim Cornette as the guests. Cornette says that Gibson’s mother is a deaf mute and they had one goal to break the fingers of Gibson so he couldn’t use his fingers to talk to his mother! Cornette has the perfect combination with Stan Lane and Tom Pritchard to take the Rock N’ Roll Express out of action. Pritchard says that Ricky Morton was lucky to leave the ring last week and they will take them out of the business. Stan Lane says that every team he has been with that they have beaten the Rock N’ Roll Express but no teams has beaten them up so bad like they have.

10.) Danny Davis called into the show earlier to talk about his neck injury thanks to Paul Orndorff. Davis says he has lost feeling in his fingers and toes as a result of the piledriver. There is a chance that his career is over for a long period of time. Davis hopes that Ron Garvin can deliver a piledriver to Paul Orndorff.

11.) Bob Caudle is with Paul Orndorff for an interview. Orndorff is looking at the wrong camera and says that he will break Danny Davis neck the next time he sees Davis in the ring. Orndorff is going to end anybody’s wrestling career until he gets his robe back. He doesn’t want the fans to chant Paula and they keep yelling it and he continues to flip out.

12.) Heather Norton won the dream match contest and that match this week will be Killer Kyle taking on Ron Garvin. Oh, great, thanks Heather. That’s just what I wanted to watch.

13.) Garvin starts the match hitting Kyle with a right hand but Kyle complains about a closed fist. Ron ducks a clothesline and decks Kyle with a right hand and hammers away on him in the corner. Kyle widely attempts right hands but misses Garvin several times. Kyle finally makes contact in the corner with a series of strikes. Kyle misses a splash in the corner and Garvin nearly wins with a rollup. Kyle keeps Garvin on the canvas with a sleeper hold. Garvin blocks a few right hands and decks Kyle in the corner several times. Kyle runs into a big boot and drops to the canvas. Garvin begins to do the Garvin Stomp! Paul Orndorff runs down and tries to get his robe back but is sent face first into the turnbuckle. Orndorff rolls into the ring and double teams Garvin while the referee was distracted by Cornette, but the referee sees it and calls for the bell. Dixie Dynamite comes out and steals the robe while Orndorff was busy with Garvin! After the match, Garvin knocks Kyle out with a right hand and heads to the backstage area. (*. That wasn’t all that great though Orndorff is getting some awesome heel reaction at this point.)

14.) Bob Caudle is with the Fantastics to end the program. Bobby and Jackie Fulton will be wrestling each other next week due to the dream match series. So, there was a fan that wanted to see them wrestle each other. Jackie says that a lot of the moves he will do in the match is what Bobby taught him. Bobby says this is unusual but they can go in there and wrestle clean. The Stud Stable come over and to confront the Fantastics. Robert Fuller calls them losers and nobody wants to see the best loser. Jimmy Golden is confident they can go through the Fantastics. The show comes to an end with the teams having a standoff.

Final Thoughts:
A standard episode for SMW as the main feuds were progressed but nothing all that entertaining happened. I’m looking forward to the Master reveal and seeing where they go with that. Tracy Smothers in SMW looks to be nothing but good things as he is a solid wrestler and already over with the crowd.

Thanks for reading.
