3.) The British Bulldog defeated Reno Riggins
4.) Shawn Michaels defeated Gary Sabaugh
5.) Adam Bomb defeated Butch Long
6.) Henry Godwinn defeated Jason Ahrndt
7.) The Bushwhackers defeated Brooklyn Brawler & Bill Payne

Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Montoya trips Mantaur to the mat for a two count, but gets sent to the floor on the kick-out. Montoya uses his speed to avoid Mantaur and nearly wins with a rollup out of the corner. Mantaur stops Montoya with a few splashes into the corner. Mantaur tosses Montoya out of the corner and taunts the crowd. Mantaur beats on Montoya with overhand strikes to the upper back. Mantuar keeps Montoya on the mat with a nerve hold. Montoya fights out of the hold looking for a clothesline, but a boot to the midsection stops Aldo. Mantaur drops Montoya with a clothesline. Mantaur goes back to the nerve hold. Mantaur knee lifts Montoya coming off the ropes to keep control of the contest. Mantaur takes Montoya over with a belly to belly suplex for a two count. Mantaur splashes Montoya in the corner, but misses a second splash. Mantuar flips over the corner and drops to the floor. Montoya leaps off the top to hit a crossbody on the floor and pummels Mantaur a few times. Aldo dropkicks Mantaur and goes to the top as Mantaur was staggered. Montoya comes off the top to hit a dropkick. Mantaur picks Montoya up and spins around before hitting a spinebuster for the win. (*. The closing moments were exciting because Montoya’s offense was high impact and fun. Mantaur is just a boring character and doesn’t have entertaining offense to carry a match.)

2.) We see stills from the Royal Rumble where Bam-Bam Bigelow shoved Lawrence Taylor in the front row.

3.) Kama vignette where he’s telling Bret Hart, Diesel and Razor Ramon to be very afraid of what he can do.

4.) Shawn Michaels wrestled his enhancement match without taking off his pants legs or hat. Yeah, it was that easy.

5.) Man Mountain Rock vignette where he explained that being a rockstar is similar to being a wrestler. Rock did some word association and he praised the good guys. He noted that Jeff Jarrett was a “jerk”. So, we could be getting a metal vs. country feud, folks.

6.) Backstage, Shawn Michaels walked past Adam Bomb and poked Bomb in the chest. That lead to a pull apart brawl with officials breaking them up.

Final Thoughts:
I’m interested to see a Adam Bomb/Shawn Michaels match judging by their interaction. Sure, we know how that’s going to end, but it’s still an interesting contest to me. This was a rather weak episode as nothing really delivered any kind of excitement.

Thanks for reading.
