Matches:
1.) Crash Holly defeated Essa Rios
2.) K-Kwik defeated Donovan Morgan
3.) Too Cool defeated Boyce LeGrande & Robert Thompson

Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Rios and Holly trade hammerlocks and mat wrestling to start the match. Rios scoop slams Holly and backs off to taunt Holly. Rios takes Holly down to the mat, but Crash counters and slams Rios. Holly elbows Rios to the mat and backdrops Rios over the top to the floor. Crash misses a baseball slide, but yanks Rios off the apron. Holly head scissors Rios onto the floor. Crash rolls Rios into the ring and delivers a stomp. Crash covers Rios for a two count. Crash tries for a head scissors, but Rios drives Crash down to the mat gut first. Rios nails Crash with a spinning heel kick for a two count. Rios misses a splash in the corner and they counter each other. Rios counters a suplex with a rollup, but Crash rolls through and pins Rios for the win. After the match, Rios dives over the ring post to take Crash out with a somersault dive. (*. They could have done a lot better if given the proper time to develop a match. The most exciting thing that happened occurred after the match.)

2.) Morgan controls Kwik with a wrist lock, and counters through Kwik to maintain wrist control. Morgan rams Kwik into the corner with a few strikes and stomps. Kwik goes to the top rope and nails Morgan with a missile dropkick. Kwik hits a standing hurricanrana, but Morgan comes back with a side suplex. Morgan kicks Kwik across the back after a snapmare. Morgan hits a northern lights suplex for a two count. Morgan takes Kwik over with a snap suplex for a two count. Morgan knee lifts Kwik coming off the ropes. Kwik plants Morgan with a flatliner. Kwik hammers away on Morgan followed by a discus strike. Kwik avoids Morgan in the corner and hits a leaping spin kick for a two count. Kwik ducks a clothesline and hits a front suplex for the win. (*1/2. It’s obvious that Kwik has a ton of potential.)

3.) Hotty and LeGrande kickoff the main event with Hotty delivering a few chops and a dropkick. Sexay tags into the match and Too Cool hits a Hart Attack. LeGrande kicks Sexay and Thompson tags in to clothesline Sexay. Sexay sends Thompson into the corner and pulls Thompson down from the floor. Sexay hits a top rope crossbody for a two count. Hotty tags into the match, but Thompson delivers a scoop slam. LeGrande tags in and misses a top rope moonsault. Thompson and Sexay are tagged back into the match. Sexay hammers away on Thompson and delivers a kick to the head. Sexay hits a missile dropkick. LeGrande tries to get involved, but Too Cool hit a double team powerbomb. Hotty hits a bulldog and the WORM on Thompson. LeGrande is met with a double flapjack. Sexay leaps off the top hitting the Hip Hop Drop to pin LeGrande. (**. A solid enhancement match. Kevin Kelly loved LeGrande’s name.)

Final Thoughts:
The two enhancement matches were more enjoyable than the true ‘feature’ match. I’m not sure how often I can actually say that. Anyway, it’s a fine show that flies by with the footage from RAW and Smackdown included that I don’t bother recapping. Metal is probably the ideal late-night show to just have on TV if you can’t fall asleep.
