- Despite an earlier contract declining, Mr. Gannosuke of FMW fame has turned a corner with negotiations with NJPW and has shockingly decided to sign exclusively with the bigger company. He is expected to leave FMW immediately. (01/05)

- FMW’s Mike Awesome (AKA The Gladiator) has once again declined overtures from NJPW, according to inside sources. At this point, the NJPW office may give up on trying to get him signed to an exclusive contract. (01/27)
- Oppositely, FMW’s Mitsuhiro Matsunaga has openly accepted a contract offer from NJPW. It is said that Matsunaga is guaranteed five figures a month, but no start date has been reported. (01/28)
- NJPW has reportedly declined a renewal for Black Cat’s contract with the company. Cat is set to depart the promotion immediately. (01/28)
- Rick & Scott Steiner have acquired a temporary address in Japan to lessen the commute back and forth from Japan to Michigan, USA. This is said to mark a new intrusted position for The Steiner Brothers in NJPW moving forward. (01/28)
- Rick & Scott Steiner are said to be itching for a push in the company, most-likely lobbying for a run with the IWGP Tag Team Championship. In order to keep the team happy, NJPW will undoubtably have to consider this. (01/29)
