Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Guerrero controls Saturn with a hammerlock, but Saturn counters. Guerrero elbows Saturn and runs into a forearm strike. Saturn decks Guerrero with a clothesline and delivers a slam. Saturn hits a springboard leg drop for a two count. Saturn rams Guerrero into the corner and delivers a shoulder ram. Guerrero knee lifts Saturn and sends Saturn into the ring post. Guerrero drives Saturn down with a back suplex for a two count. Guerrero works over Saturn in the corner with stomps and chokes Saturn for a moment. Guerrero snapmares Saturn and dropkicks a seated Saturn for a two count. Guerrero keeps control with a clothesline and a scoop slam for a two count. Saturn boots Guerrero in the corner, but runs into a clothesline. Guerrero leaps off the middle rope, but is caught by Saturn. Saturn catapults Guerrero into the corner and hits a spinning fisherman suplex for the win. (*1/2. Saturn didn’t do much to showcase his underrated skills. I’d say this was a bit disappointing as they are both capable of much more.)

2.) Scotty 2 Hotty has arrived to WWF New York to be the special guest host and is signing autographs for a few fans.

3.) Stasiak backs Holly into a corner and delivers strikes. Stasiak sends Holly through the ropes to the floor. Holly quickly returns and strikes Stasiak followed by chops. Stasiak drops Holly throat first over the top rope and hits an F5. Stasiak stomps Holly on the mat followed by strikes. Stasiak clotheslines Holly in the corner and delivers a knee lift. Stasiak slaps Holly and they trade strikes. Holly nails Stasiak with a dropkick for a two count. Holly chokes Stasiak over the top rope and delivers a kick to Stasiak’s groin area. Holly chops Stasiak in the corner, but Stasiak avoids Holly to deliver a neckbreaker for a near fall. Holly plants Stasiak with the Alabama Slam out of the corner to win the match. (*1/2. Stasiak had a couple of good spots, but there wasn’t much else to this one. It’s a short match and it didn’t drag along by any means.)

4.) Backstage, a waitress asks Scotty 2 Hotty his thoughts on the Rock returning. Hotty stands up and acts all aggressive, but ends up saying he thinks it is great. Hotty thinks Rock will kick Shane McMahon’s ass on RAW tomorrow night.

5.) Show and Credible start the tag match with Show clotheslining Credible in the corner after no selling some strikes. Show knee lifts Credible off the apron to the floor onto the railing. Gunn rolls Credible back into the ring and Show chops Credible. Gunn shoulder blocks Raven and runs the ropes to hit a tilt a whirl slam. Gunn does the same to Credible. Credible superkicks Gunn on the floor and taunts Gunn. Credible rolls Gunn into the ring where Raven gets a two count. Raven pummels Gunn on the mat with right hands. Gunn boots Raven in the corner and hits a cobra clutch slam for a two count. Credible tags into the match, but Gunn hits a double clothesline. Show tags in and cleans house with strikes. Show slams Credible and sends both men into the corner. Show hits a reverse powerbomb on Credible to win the match. (*. I feel like it’s a little weird for Show to use the reverse powerbomb when he’s associated with the chokeslam. That’s got to be a bit of a disappointment to not see the trademark move.)

6.) Backstage, Scotty 2 Hotty is with three fans hyping them up for a WORM contest.

7.) Scotty 2 Hotty joins the show on the stage at WWF New York with Michael Cole and Al Snow. Hotty says it feels great to be back in the WWF. Cole mentions the WORM contest and Snow makes a penis joke. The three fans come out to the stage for the contest. The female fan doesn’t know how to do the WORM. In fact, I don’t think any of them know how to do it. Anyway, the female won the contest. She won four tickets to the WWF live event next week in NY. The fans crapped on that because it was heavily flawed. This is an embarrassing segment.

8.) RVD puts a headlock on Lynn to start the match and delivers a shoulder block. Lynn kicks RVD and avoids RVD in the corner. RVD flips out of the corner and they miss a few strikes leading to a standoff. RVD kicks Lynn followed by a forearm strike in the corner. RVD dumps Lynn to the apron where Lynn leg drops RVD over the middle rope. Lynn hits a running somersault dive onto the floor and covers on the floor for a two count. Lynn strikes RVD on the floor before sending RVD into the ring post. Lynn dropkicks RVD over the railing into the crowd. Lynn springboards off the railing to dive onto RVD in the crowd. Lynn throws RVD over the railing to the ringside area. Lynn whacks RVD over the back with a chair shot. Lynn rolls RVD into the ring. RVD knee lifts Lynn on the apron. RVD slams Lynn onto the steel chair. RVD misses the rolling thunder and lands on the chair. Lynn strikes RVD in the corner and gets a rollup out of the corner for a two count. They trade a series of rollup attempts. Lynn hits a bridging suplex for a two count. Lynn kicks RVD and tries for a suplex, but RVD counters. RVD low blows Lynn and delivers a short arm clothesline. RVD lays a chair onto Lynn and tries for a split legged moonsault, but Lynn blocks it with the chair for a two count. RVD heads to the top rope, but Lynn stops RVD. Lynn strikes RVD on the top turnbuckle. Lynn is shoved off the ropes and lands onto the chair. RVD regains footing to hit the five star frog splash and pins Lynn for the win. (***. Lynn got some good offense in and it came across as just a bit of a taste of what they could do, or have done in ECW previously. Probably one of the best Heat matches to ever take place to this point.)

Final Thoughts:
An average episode of Heat as RVD/Lynn produced a better than average match for Heat standards or expectations. Scotty 2 Hotty’s segment was not good, at all.
