Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Van Hammer won his enhancement match following a slingshot suplex. It was complete dominance for Hammer.

2.) A video package promoting the twelve options for the Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal are shown. It’s just written text on the screen nothing overly elaborate.

3.) Jim Ross and Michael PS Hayes host the program and they talk about WCW United States Champion Rick Rude having to wrestle twice at Halloween Havoc. Rude will battle Chono for the NWA World Championship and defend his title against Nikita Koloff.

4.) Steve Austin won his enhancement match following the Stun Gun.

5.) A video package highlighting the Barbarian training for his title match against WCW World Champion Ron Simmons at Halloween Havoc. Cactus Jack is leading the training session as several enhancement wrestlers powerslam Barbarian to prepare for Simmons powerslam. Cactus tells Simmons to look into the eyes of the man who is winning the WCW World Championship at Halloween Havoc.

6.) The Barbarian dominates his enhancement match winning the match with a big boot. At one point, Barbarian casually dropped Maggs on his head.

7.) Jim Ross hosts the WCW Halloween Havoc 1992 Control Center. Ross runs down the card and reminds us that the PPV takes place next weekend. It is the same control center that was shown already on the weekend.

8.) Madusa provides another scouting report on Chono. Madusa says they will announce their referee at Havoc. Madusa can’t believe Paul E. Dangerously signed Rude into a no disqualification match at Havoc. Madusa speaks in Japanese saying that Rude will end Chono’s title reign once and for all.

9.) Brad Armstrong won his enhancement match following a side Russian leg sweep.

10.) We hear comments from Diamond Dallas Page on WCW Saturday Night claiming that he only needed five more minutes to beat Bagwell instead of the draw.

11.) DDP works over Bagwell in the corner with a kick to the midsection and several strikes. DDP argues with the referee, but continues to work over Bagwell. Bagwell ducks a clothesline and hits a bulldog coming off the ropes. DDP bails to the floor to regroup with Vinnie Vegas. Bagwell slingshots DDP into the ring from the apron and delivers an arm drag before delivering a knee drop to the arm on the mat. Bagwell keeps DDP on the mat with an arm bar. DDP shoulder rams Bagwell in the corner. Bagwell sends DDP chest first into the corner for a one count and arm drags DDP to keep arm control on the mat. Bagwell leg drops DDP on the arm and keeps arm control again. Bagwell takes DDP down to the mat and delivers another leg drop over the left arm. DDP forearms Bagwell into the corner, but runs into an elbow by Bagwell. DDP tosses Bagwell through the ropes to the floor where Vegas cheap shots Bagwell. Bagwelll shoulder rams DDP from the apron, but DDP kicks Bagwell and hits a suplex from the apron into the ring for a two count as we’re told that five minutes have gone by in the time limit and ten minutes remain.

DDP fails to pin Bagwell and locks in a sleeper in the middle of the ring. Bagwell tries to hip toss DDP, but DDP avoids it by hitting a chokeslam for a two count and hits a rolling neck snap on Bagwell. DDP continues with an elbow drop several times. DDP keeps Bagwell on the mat with a sleeper as the show goes to commercial.

Bagwell elbows DDP a few times, but is met with a knee lift as Bagwell came off the ropes. DDP works over Bagwell and locks in a neck vice. DDP covers, but Bagwell kicks out at two. DDP controls Bagwell with an elbow strike to the neck and continues with a neck vice. DDP switches to a sleeper on the mat. Bagwell elbows DDP, but is yanked back down to the mat. Bagwell chops DDP and strikes DDP a couple of times. DDP yanks Bagwell to the mat coming off the ropes. DDP tries for another cover, but Bagwell powers out. DDP goes back to controlling Bagwell with a sleeper on the mat. Bagwell elbows free and shoulder blocks DDP a couple of times. Bagwell comes off the ropes to elbow strike DDP to the mat. Bagwell kicks DDP in the midsection and strikes DDP several times. Bagwell kicks DDP and hits a snap suplex. Bagwell back elbows DDP coming off the ropes. Bagwell hits a middle rope crossbody for a two count. Bagwell decks Vinnie Vegas off the apron and avoids DDP to get a rollup for the win. After the match, Vegas attacks Bagwell with knee lifts. Bagwell is met with a double clothesline and falls to the floor. (*1/2. It wasn’t anything better than their match that ended in a draw. Bagwell had been on the losing end as of late, but I’m wondering if this is going to be a shift in his direction of getting some success to close out 1992.)

Final Thoughts:
An average episode of Main Event this week as they continue to promote Havoc, which is one week away at this point. It’s probably a skippable episode, though.
