Angle Developments/Notes:
1.We hear comments from Sid and Bigelow. Sid says he is going to give Bigelow a phd in pain. Bigelow says he is going to set Sid on fire. That is against the law, Bigelow.

2.Jerry Lawler is back on commentary with Vince McMahon. We are going to be going back to Dr. Issac Yankeem’s office this week as well.

3.The 1-2-3 Kid makes his return to action after being injured back in late April. Kid made it a successful return by beating Mike Bell with an inside cradle.

4.We see footage from last week where Michaels ended up hitting Jarrett with a superkick. They will meet each other at In Your House on July 23rd. Also, the Roadie will wrestle the 1-2-3 Kid and the WWF World Tag Team Champions Owen Hart & Yokozuna defend against Lex Luger & Davey Boy Smith.

5.Jeff Jarrett’s music video shown and it’s rather obvious that the person singing the song isn’t actually Jarrett. I mean, it sound nothing like Jarrett.

6.Hey, it’s everyone’s favorite NASCAR wannabe driver, Bob Holly! Holly competed in singles action, which saw him pin the Brooklyn Brawler following a crossbody off the top rope.

7.Footage from WWF Superstars is shown where Adam Bomb had a match against Henry Godwinn. They fought to a double count-out. More importantly, Godwinn dumped his slop onto Bomb as he was laid out on the floor after being sent into the ring steps.

8.Speaking of Henry Godwinn he was in action this week on RAW. Godwinn was successful against Barry Horowitz getting the win following the Slop Drop!

9.Henry Godwinn and Bam-Bam Bigelow brawl on the aisle way as Bigelow was making his way to the ring to face Sid. Bigelow wasn’t hurt during the scuffle and carried on with his match with Sid. Bigelow backs Sid into a corner but he doesn’t hit him. Sid backs Bigelow into the corner and drops him with a right hand proving that he has some brains. Sid misses a clothesline and Bigelow connects with a shoulder block. Bigelow avoids Sid in the corner and plants him with a DDT! Bigelow heads to the top rope but Ted DiBiase gets on the apron to distract Bigelow. Sid attacks Bigelow from behind on the floor! Sid boots Bigelow in the side to gain the advantage. Bigelow misses a standing spin kick and is dropped to the mat by Sid with a big boot. Bigelow gets out of a rear chin lock with an electric chair slam! Sid goes for a choke slam and hits it! Sid signals for the end but Bigelow backdrops Sid and follows up with a falling head butt. Bigelow goes to the top rpe but Henry Godwinn shoves Bigelow off and Sid recovers to pin Bigelow for the win! I actually enjoyed that match. It wasn’t overly long and both men kept it simple. After the match, Sid sets Bigelow up for a powerbomb and hits it!

10.Waylon Mercy made his debut to close RAW this week. Yes, this is the Jeff Hardy you think it is. Mercy wins the match with a sleeper hold. The fans didn’t care for that at all.

11.Jerry Lawler is at Yankeem’s waiting room telling a few kids that Bret Hart is going to be coming to his dentist’s office. Lawler says that Yankeem is working on his mouth and says that Yankeem is also a great wrestler to go along with being a great dentist. A man walks out holding his bloody mouth. Yankeem appears and he has some ugly looking teeth.

Final Thoughts:
I’m going to consider this a good episode of RAW. The Sid/Bigelow match really surprised me as I was expecting a dull match, but they put together a good one. For the most part the squashes were fine and the angle advancements going towards In Your House were effective. This weeks show gets a thumbs up from me, folks!
