2.)WWF Intercontinental Champion Razor Ramon defeated Mike Khoury
3.)Adam Bomb defeated Mike Bucci
4.)Shawn Michaels defeated Dan Dubiel
5.)Doink the Clown defeated Sid Garrison
6.)Crush defeated Paul Jones
Angle Developments/Notes:
1. Vince McMahon introduces his new co-host for Superstars, Stan Lane. Thankfully that Bruce Pritchard gimmick was not going to go on any further.
2. Gorilla Monsoon hosts the WWF Update. He is focusing on the tension between Bret and his family. Owen Hart is on the phone to talk about issues with Bret, apparently. Owen Hart would like for Monsoon to not refer to him as Bret’s brother. He is tired of being in Bret’s shadow. Owen just wants a chance to show that he is equally as good as Bret Hart. Owen doesn’t think Bret was a good leader for the team for Survivor Series. That was some good angle progression right there.
3. Raymond Rougeau interviewed Santa Claus. There are a bunch of kids on the podium and it looks like he has some gifts. Santa gives one of the kids a big cowboy hat. A boy gets a foam finger with Bret Hart’s name on it. Raymond gets a Undertaker teddy bear. Okay, I’m not sure what the point of this was.
Final Thoughts:
Aside from the great angle progression for Owen Hart/Bret Hart, there is nothing going on here. This gets a thumbs down from me.
Thanks for reading.
