Match Rating: **. Well, they didn’t get much time to make an impression, but Bradley seems to be the better of the two when it comes to being ready to work right away. Cage is all muscle and Bradley just has a good look to him. We shall see who gets the contract.
Backstage, Mr. Anderson is with the Aces & Eights and asks them if they are having a good time. He says right now isn’t the right time to be having a good time. Your Winners: TNA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy & James Storm by DQ
Match Rating: **3/4. An alright match here, but the finish was lackluster. They are trying to make us care about Storm/Daniels since there isn’t exactly a story or reason for their fight.
Backstage, Brooke Hogan tells Bully Ray that it’s not a good idea to come to the arena over the phone. He is going to come and pick her up anyway.
Backstage, Joey Ryan and Matt Morgan say they are going to win the gold this Sunday. Chavo and Hernandez enter the room and they brawl. The champs get the better of the challengers.

After the match, Sting smashes Knoxx’s hand with a hammer. Devon and the Aces & Eights have gotten Brooke! They are threatening to rearrange her face! Devon asks who is in control and says that this year is going to be their year. Bully Ray runs out with a chain and the group lets go of Brooke. Once again, one man with a chain reigns supreme over eight guys. Hulk Hogan is at the top of the ramp stroking his beard as we go to commercial.
Hulk Hogan is in the ring and says he guesses he is supposed to thank Bully Ray for putting his daughter in danger. Hulk doesn’t believe Bully Ray and says he is not the man for his daughter. Ray wants Sting to convince Hulk. Bully thinks Hulk is crazy and says wrestling is his life. Bully said his dream was to be as great as Sting and Hulk. He never thought he could love anything more than wresting and then Brooke entered his life. Oh brother. Bully says that Brooke apologized to Hulk for Hulk being a hard ass. Bully knows this has happened really quick. You’ve got to be kidding me. Bully says when he is with Brooke things are different. Jesus, Bully is down on one knee. Bully tells Brooke that he loves her. Bully wants Brooke to marry him and she says yes. Brooke kisses Bully and Hulk leaves the ring in disgust. He wants to marry her next week on Impact in front of everyone. What a complete and utter joke.
Final Thoughts:
For as much progress as TNA has made in the past year, in my eyes, they took about three steps backwards this week. The first hour saw the matches get hardly any time to do anything. Mike Knoxx is squashed and the major heel group continues to fail at getting any kind of momentum. The relationship between Bully/Brooke has never been interesting and now it’s just been rushed. Figures, we can’t go a year without a wrestling wedding. I didn’t like the show at all this week. A big thumbs down from me.
Thanks for reading.
