Angle Developments/Notes:
1. Ron Bass cut a promo during Beefcake saying he isn’t going to stop going after Beefcake until he chokes Brutus with Miss Betsy again.
2. King Haku cut a promo during Harley Race’s match. Haku says that Race will bow down to him just like everyone else because he is king!
3. Jimmy Hart says that he is going to reveal where the Rougeau Brothers are going to move to. They are going to move to Memphis, TN!
4. Mean Gene is with the Bushwhackers who are making their debut in the WWF. Butch says he likes to eat in the fancy places. They get close to the camera and begin to yell and eat.
5. This week, WWF World Champion Randy Savage is the guest on the Brother Love Show. Love wants to talk about some stuff that Bad News Brown brought up last week. Savage doesn’t believe that Tunney was handpicking his opponents. Savage is denying giving Tunney any kind of money. Love wants to talk about the accusation made about Elizabeth. Savage grabs Love by the shirt and threatens Love. Savage turns his attention to Bad News Brown. Savage is going to give Brown the title shot that he wants. Savage will never forget nor forgive Brown for his actions towards Elizabeth!
Final Thoughts:
A solid show this week, again. The feud between Brown and Savage has legs in my opinion and is a fine second level feud to have tour on the house show markets. The debut of the Bushwhackers doesn’t excite me at all, though. Regardless, the WWF is delivering as of late.
Thanks for reading.
