Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) WWF Women’s Champion Alundra Blayze cut a promo saying that the title is back where it belongs with her. Blayze is going to continue the tradition of great women’s wrestling in the WWF.

2.) Originally, the main event this week was going to be Razor Ramon against Yokozuna. However, that is changed to a tag match instead.

3.) Owen and Kid square off while Ramon hammers away on Yoko. Owen and Yoko are sent into each other and Kid hits Yoko with a spin kick. Ramon punches Yoko through the ropes to the floor. The referee is able to maintain order in the ring and gets the tag match to start off properly. Owen and Kid start off the match legally. Owen and Kid trade wrist control early on. Owen shoulder blocks Kid but is catapulted across the ring. Kid arm drags Owen and keeps arm control with a hammerlock. Owen elbows free and connects with a spinning heel kick. Yoko gets tagged in and delivers a headbutt along with Owen. Yoko works over Kid with some basic strikes, but Kid tries to fight back with right hands. Yoko stops Kid with a headbutt. Yoko slams Kid as the show goes to a commercial.

Owen has control on Ramon hitting a leg drop for a two count. Owen rams Ramon into the corner face first and delivers a few shoulder rams. Owen chokes Ramon in the corner. Ramon is sent into Yoko’s head in the corner. Ramon is met with a double clothesline. Yoko continues to work over Ramon with a nerve hold. Ramon runs into a back elbow and is worked over by Owen yanking down on Ramon’s legs. Owen delivers an uppercut in the corner, but Ramon sends Owen chest first into the corner followed by a back suplex. Ramon tries for a cover, but Owen kicks out at two. Owen nails Ramon with a kick to the head for a near fall. Owen controls Ramon with a sleeper hold. Ramon tries to fight free and tag in Kid, which he does, but the referee was distracted. Ramon is sent to the floor and Owen delivers a few more strikes. Yoko chops Ramon into the corner. Yoko sends Ramon into the corner and misses a back splash.

Kid is on the apron ready for a tag as Owen gets tagged in and stops Ramon. Ramon kicks Owen away and tags in Kid. Kid nails Owen with a spin kick after ducking a clothesline. Kid delivers more kicks to Owen in the corner and rams Owen into Yoko. Kid hits a running spinning heel kick on Owen. Ramon punches Yoko through the ropes to the floor. Owen plants Kid with a belly to belly suplex in the middle of the ring to win the match. (**1/2. Not a bad tag match, really. I enjoyed the action and love that Owen and Yoko managed to get a clean win as it helps their momentum as a unit. Kid losing the fall seems to keep his losing streak going so it doesn’t impact him all that much.)

4.) Next week will feature Bret Hart squaring off against Psycho Sid.

Final Thoughts:
I enjoyed the show this week as the enhancement matches weren’t too bad and the feature match delivered some quality entertainment with a clean finish. That’s always appreciated.
