I’m over the repetitive nature of Angle and Benoit costing each other their matches. I’m sure Benoit will get involved in Angle’s match tonight, too. The tag champions feuding is a played out storyline and this is no exception.) After the match, Angle is seen smirking and walks off taunting Benoit.

I wonder if Rikishi was getting a push to only put Show over in dominate fashion. Show winning with ease certainly helps him as a he’s trying to be a threat to Lesnar.)

Big Show has a microphone to cut a promo. Show knows that Lesnar was watching and says that what he did to Rikishi is only a taste of what Lesnar can expect at Survivor Series. Show suggests that Lesnar come down to the ring and he’ll show him face to face. Show will be there waiting for Lesnar.

Hardy was obviously going to win since he’s been getting a lot of TV time and involved with main event acts in recent weeks.)

Backstage, Stephanie McMahon goes looking for Vince McMahon, but it’s someone wearing a Vince McMahon mask. The man believes that Scott Steiner will be joining RAW. Benoit hits Angle with the tag championship allowing Guerrero to hit a top rope frog splash for the win. (***. Similar to the Benoit/Edge match, just as I expected it to be. It’s an enjoyable match, but the story between Benoit and Angle hasn’t added anything in recent weeks.) After the match, Benoit hits Eddie and Chavo with the championship.

Final Thoughts:
A good overall show with several entertaining matches. They’ve done a good job rehabbing Big Show into the main event scene against Lesnar. It’s also a memorable episode for John Cena breaking out with his rap persona, so that should be fun to see how it progresses over time.

Thanks for reading.
