Rebooking The WWF: Week 13, 1995

WWF RAW 3/27/1995
1. Mr. Perfect defeated Brian Lee by disqualification 6:19 when Hunter Hearst Helmsley attacked Perfect on the floor and smashed a chair on Perfect’s shoulder around the ring post. Helmsley got a microphone and taunted Perfect saying that he won’t even be able to make it to WrestleMania XI and that his career will come to an end via forfeit.
2. Legion of Doom Hype Video: The video promotes the return of the Legion of Doom at WrestleMania XI where they will battle the WWF Tag Team Champions Carlos Vega and Tatanka. Can LOD stop the momentum of the Movement?
3. WrestleMania XI Hype Video Lex Luger & Shawn Michaels: The video highlights the recent feud between Luger and Michaels where Luger claimed that Michaels had ruined his beautiful face. Luger tried to return the misfortune on Michaels, but Michaels only suffered a bruise and he’ll be ready for WrestleMania XI.
4. Doink & Hughie The Clown defeated Mark Thomas & Chris Kanyon in 3:02 when Hughie pinned Thomas after a moonsault. After the match, Randy Savage and Bam-Bam Bigelow issued a warning to the clown and Jerry Lawler for WrestleMania XI. They may not get along, but they have a common goal in kicking their butts at WrestleMania!
5. Razor Ramon defeated IRS in 5:14 following the Razors Edge. After the match, Jeff Jarrett came out and taunted Ramon taunting Ramon that he’d break him in half at WrestleMania. Ramon badly wanted Jarrett to get in the ring, but Jarrett didn’t take the bait.
6. WrestleMania XI Hype Video Hulk Hogan vs. Ron Simmons: The video promoted the feud between Ron Simmons and Hulk Hogan leading into WrestleMania XI. Simmons has been adamant that WWF officials have held African American wrestlers down and if he beats the ultimate white hero, Hulk Hogan, that it will open the gates for African Americans to be successful. That’s his movement in the business. However, Hogan is looking to rebound from a loss to King Yokozuna at the Royal Rumble and doesn’t want his career to come to an end at the hands of Ron Simmons at WrestleMania, an event he made famous.
7. Chris Benoit & Owen Hart defeated Men on a Mission in 8:33 when Benoit pinned Mo after a diving headbutt off the top rope.
8. Duke Droese defeated Matt Hardy in 2:11 following a middle rope back suplex.
9. WrestleMania XI Hype Video The Undertaker vs. Ric Flair: The video promotes the feud between the Undertaker and the Dynasty leader Ric Flair. Flair has gotten involved in Undertaker’s business and hasn’t hidden his thoughts about the Deadman. Meanwhile, the Undertaker is determined to end Flair and Dynasty and rid them from the WWF.
10. Bret Hart defeated Crush in 8:44 with the Sharpshooter. During the match, the British Bulldog cut a pre-tape promo saying that he and Bret will beat some respect and common sense into both Benoit and Owen at WrestleMania XI.
11. WrestleMania XI Hype Video WWF World Champion King Yokozuna vs. Diesel: The video promotes the main event for WrestleMania XI and highlights the dominance that King Yokozuna has had since June 1994 when he won the King of the Ring and went on to eventually win the WWF World Championship. Diesel has quickly rose up the ranks and won the 1995 Royal Rumble to earn the opportunity against King Yokozuna. Will Diesel power have enough gas to win the WWF World Championship at WrestleMania XI?
12. Ron Simmons & WWF Intercontinental Champion Rick Steiner defeated Scott Steiner & Marty Jannetty in 10:24 when Simmons pinned Jannetty after a spine buster. After the match, Rick and Scott brawled into the crowd to close the program.

WWF Superstars 4/1/1995
1. Rick Martel defeated Rick Grimes in 2:24 with the Boston Crab. After the match, Martel revealed that his partner will be on Monday Night RAW this coming Monday.
2. WWF Tag Team Champions Carlos Vega & Tatanka defeated Mike Bell & Barry Horowitz in 4:15 when Vega pinned Bell after a spinning heel kick. After the match, a video promoting the return of the Legion of Doom tomorrow night at WrestleMania XI was shown.
3. Scott Norton defeated Virgil in 0:45 following a shoulder breaker.
4. The Undertaker defeated Steve Young in 2:06 following a tombstone piledriver.
