.) Horowitz and Brawler attack before the bell, but the Bushwhackers respond with atomic drops and clotheslines to send the heels reeling to the floor. Brawler is sent into Horowitz and is met with a double clothesline leading to the pin. (1/2*. I simply don’t enjoy the Bushwhackers. There wasn’t much here to get excited about.)

.) The panel this week consists of Vince McMahon, Hillbilly Jim, Sgt. Slaughter, Bobby Heenan and Jerry Lawler. McMahon mentions that the Bushwhackers may be related to royalty. Lawler dismisses that ides and says he needs some court jesters to entertain him. Heenan says the Bushwhackers are gross as they eat sardines and nothing else.

.) Berzerker handles his squash match easily and wins following a falling powerslam. Monsoon mentions that Berzerker tends to settle for count-out victories, but actually settled for a pin here.

.) The panel talks about Yokozuna and if anyone can measure up to the sumo wrestler. Heenan says that Yokozuna is learning from Fuji. Lawler notes that Yokozuna comes from a country that has a royal family and thinks the USA would benefit from a royal family.

.) Marty Jannetty and WWF Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels join the show via satellite. Michaels enjoyed seeing the Barber Shop incident and taunts Jannetty about seeing Jannetty going through the window. Michaels notes that it took eight months for Jannetty to build up enough courage to meet him. Jannetty gets a warm feeling seeing that footage. Jannetty is worried what his family and friends will think of him when they see what he does to Michaels when they meet in the ring. Michaels says if someone ever thought about messing with his face he’d deal with them the next day, but Jannetty is not in the same league of him. Brunzell tries for a cover, but Blake makes the save. Powers rams Blake into the corner. Blake knee lifts Brunzell from behind and picks up the win with a rollup. (**. A decent tag match between these two teams. Beverly’s getting a clean win on TV could mean they’re getting some focus heading into 1993. Powers and Brunzell are not a bad team.)

.) The panel talk about the Make A Wish program and highlight the wrestlers that took part of the event.

.) Savage arm drags Taylor to kickoff the action and plays to the crowd. Savage takes Taylor down to get arm control. Savage keeps wrist control, but is backed against the ropes. Savage ducks a strike and atomic drops Taylor followed by a back suplex for a two count. Savage boots Taylor in the corner and delivers a scoop slam. Savage heads to the top rope hitting a top rope elbow drop for the clean win. (**1/2. A solid TV match. Savage gets a good quality win as Taylor had won several matches on TV. Taylor works well as a midcard filler role. His character is a lesser version of Ric Flair and is destined to get lost in the shuffle as a result.)

.) The panel discusses the interview segment from the weekend where Razor Ramon and Ric Flair attacked WWF World Champion Bret Hart until Mr. Perfect came out to save. Heenan denies setting up Hart and blames Hart for throwing the first punch causing the brawl. Heenan continues to deny setting Hart up.

Shango crawls to the corner and grabs his voodoo stick. Shango shoots sparks out of the voodoo stick and Repo grabs his hook causing a double disqualification. (1/2*. It’s kind of a bizarre match to book as both men are heels and Repo didn’t do anything to garner any support from the fans. The crowd was mostly disinterested, as was I.)

.) Cassidy backs Skinner into a corner, but backs off cleanly and gets a couple of rollups for a two count. Skinner takes Cassidy down to the mat and keeps arm control. Skinner keeps arm control on Cassidy, but is backed into a corner and Cassidy strikes Skinner. Cassidy hip tosses Skinner and heads to the top rope hitting a flying clothesline for the win. (*. There wasn’t much to this, but it’s a big win for Cassidy as he tries to get some momentum. The crowd seemed to pop well for the victory. It was a bit underwhelming action wise.)

.) The panel discuss the Marty Jannetty and WWF Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels situation. Heenan is disgusted by Jannetty’s actions by hitting Sherri with the mirror recently. We see footage from the October 31st episode of Superstars to form our own opinion on the matter.

.) Michaels considers himself the best catch a woman could find and says Sherri was doing her duty to lookout for his looks. Michaels claims that Sherri dove in front of the mirror shot. Michaels thinks any woman would do that. Michaels says he’s been busy to find out how Sherri is doing. Jannetty claims he called Sherri and asked how she’s doing because his intent was not to hit Sherri. Michaels thinks Jannetty is in denial. Jannetty thinks Michaels talk is cheap and he’d be walking blizzard. Jannetty says it is his time to beat up Michaels until his fist hurts and then beat Michaels for making his fist hurt.

.) Next weeks episode will be a special holiday edition.

Final Thoughts:
For the most part this was just an episode that had wrestling on it and had minimal angle advancement. We got some focus on Jannetty and Michaels, but nothing was added to the angle at this point. I’d consider this a skippable episode.
