WWE RAW 2/6/2012
Tonight, all six men involved in the RAW Elimination Chamber match will compete in a six man challenge match to see who will get the last entrant spot. Also, we hear from HHH regarding a match between himself and the Undertaker at WrestleMania this year.

A video highlighting the ending of last weeks program is aired to kick off the show. It looks like we will be getting Undertaker vs. HHH at WrestleMania, yet again.
Triple H’s music hits and he makes his way out to the ring. The fans are actually big HHH fans as they chant his name before he can speak. HHH clarifies that last week he was out there to fire Johnny Ace. He calls Ace a liar and a weasel among other insults. HHH doesn’t see anything redeeming in Ace. Apparently, Ace met with the Board of Directors to try and keep hi job for the time being. HHH talks about the return of the Undertaker last week. He notes that Taker was carried from the ring last year at Mania for the first time in his career. HHH says he still gets a rush when he hears Taker’s gong. He says he is humbled to be in the ring with the Undertaker. HHH says last week he didn’t have a rush when he looked in Taker’s eyes. Instead, he felt sorry for the Undertaker. We end up seeing a video that highlights the Undertaker’s career, because that is how HHH wants to remember him. He doesn’t want to remember what he did to the Undertaker last year. HHH ends up declining the challenge to wrestle the Undertaker at WrestleMania. HHH knows that if they meet again he has to end the Undertaker. HHH believes that everyone, including the Undertaker, has their limit. He isn’t going to be the guy who puts the Undertaker past his limit. He considers it over with the Undertaker. His music stops playing and he remains in the ring as the lights go out! There is a video playing with the Undertaker saying that it’s not over. Undertaker will not let that image be his last in the fans eyes. He wants vengeance. Taker is going to give HHH one more chance at immortality. This is NOT over!
Opening Contest: Big Show vs. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan
Bryan has brought AJ out with him for the match. Show opens the match hammering away on Bryan in the corner. Show drops Bryan with several head butts and delivers a scoop slam. Bryan stops Show with a dropkick to his knee as we go to commercial. Bryan has a single leg Boston Crab on Show, but Show gets up and clotheslines Bryan before hitting a spear for a two count. Show signals for the end but Bryan counters the choke slam with a choke hold! Show breaks free easily but misses a splash and Bryan delivers a kick to the face for a two count.
Bryan is kicked off the apron and crashes to the floor where AJ is standing over him. Show soon goes to the floor and AJ is begging Show to not touch him because he is hurt. Bryan kicks Show in the leg and avoids a splash which saw AJ nearly get splashed up against the steps! Bryan grabs AJ and they walk away from Show who gets back in the ring and Bryan loses by count-out.

Daniel Bryan gets on the microphone and calls Show a freak. He questions what kind of man Big Show is. Bryan says that Show proved that he ran over AJ on purpose last month. Bryan wants to know why Show would torture a poor innocent woman. Bryan says that protecting AJ is more important than anything else. Bryan believes that at the Elimination Chamber he will still be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion!
Apparently, last week John Cena talked to Carl Edwards. Edwards invites Cena to wave the green flag of the Daytona 500 on February 26th.
David Otunga is standing in the ring after a video promoting the Elimination Chamber was aired. Otunga puts over Ace as being a creative, intelligent man. He prays that the Board of Directors will do the right thing and allow Ace to keep his job. Otunga proceeds to pray while doing the Tebow stance in the ring. Justin Roberts reveals that Otunga will be having a match right now. That was an order from Triple H, by the way.
Second Contest: David Otunga vs. Sheamus
Sheamus tries to hit the Celtic Cross, but Otunga bails to the floor only to be met with a running axe handle shot back in the ring. Sheamus clubs away on Otunga’s chest. Otunga fights back with a DDT but only gets a one count. Otunga controls Sheamus with stomps and chokes. Sheamus gets up and when Otunga turns around, he is met with the Brogue Kick. That is good enough for the win.
Your Winner: Sheamus via pin fall
Backstage, Chris Jericho is walking to the ring as we go to commercial.
Chris Jericho makes his way down to the ring. Jericho says that the end of the world as we know it as arrived. Jericho says that he has made every other performer obsolete. Jericho calls everyone else a Jericho wannabe. He says that they have stolen his ideas that he has stolen his thoughts. He also calls the fans Chris Jericho wannabes. Jericho brags that he has trolled everyone without saying a word. Jericho calls Miz a wannabe. He did incredible moves well before Kofi Kingston. Jericho notes that he told people to shut the hell up while R-Truth now says what’s up. He was in the main event with Stephanie McMahon by his side. Jericho considers CM Punk the worst of them all. He doesn’t find Punk to be the best in the world by any means. Jericho says he is the best at everything he does. Jericho doesn’t have to write it on the back of a shirt because he knows it. Jericho reminds us that he was the first WWE Undisputed Champion and won all the major titles in the WWE. This is the end of the world as we know it. He is back to reclaim what is his… and now he has been cut off by CM Punk. Punk is in the ring with the fans chanting his name. Punk drops the microphone and simply raises the WWE Championship in the air before turning his back. He is tempting Jericho to hit him but Jericho doesn’t do it and Punk leaves the ring. Jericho is frustrated because Punk didn’t say anything!
Third Contest: WWE Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes & Wade Barrett vs. Randy Orton & The Great Khali
Rhodes hammers away on Orton to open up the match until Orton stops him with an elbow and a scoop slam. Khali is tagged in by Orton, who wasn’t expecting it. Khali punches Barrett and chops him in the corner. Barrett runs into a clothesline and Khali plays to the crowd before chopping Orton for a tag. Barrett kicks Orton in the gut and delivers a swinging neck breaker for a two count. Rhodes tags in and works on Orton with stomps. Orton battles back with right hands but is met with a dropkick from Rhodes for a two count. Orton blocks a bulldog by hitting a back suplex on Rhodes. Orton hits a snap power slam on Barrett and plants Rhodes with an elevated DDT.
Khali tags in while Orton looks for the RKO. Khali avoids the Disaster Kick by chopping Rhodes over the head to win the match.
After the match, Khali misses a chop on Orton and is planted with the RKO!

Fourth Contest: Eve, Kelly Kelly, Alicia Fox & Tamina vs. WWE Divas Champion Beth Phoenix, Natayla, The Bella Twins
Phoenix clotheslines Eve in the early moments of the match but only gets a two count on a cover attempt. Phoenix slams Eve to the mat and tags in Brie by slapping her on the chest. Brie hits a swinging neck breaker on Eve. Tamina gets in and drops Brie with a Samoan Drop. Tamina heads to the top rope and hits a big splash to win the match.

We see a preview of the Rock on Jay Leno to be aired later on in the evening. Rock is excited about WrestleMania, that’s all we hear from the video.
Backstage, Triple H is on the phone when Johnny Ace enters the room. Ace says he respects the Board of Directors and says they are nice people. Ace says that Shawn Michaels is going to be on the show next week. Ace suggested a match for the Elimination Chamber pay per view. The match will be John Cena vs. Kane. HHH likes the idea for the match. HHH jokes with Ace about his career flat lining. Ace leaves the room after HHH threatens him again.
Backstage, Josh Matthews talks to Johnny Ace about what will happen tomorrow. Ace has admitted to his mistakes and is honest. Ace talks about HHH who is refusing to wrestle the Undertaker. He considers HHH to be a coward.
Main Event: Six Pack Challenge: The Winner Will Be The Last Entrant In The Chamber
R-Truth vs. The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Chris Jericho vs. WWE Champion CM Punk
Everyone aside from Punk attack Jericho until Punk nearly rolls Miz up for the win. Punk gets another two count after a neck breaker on Miz. Jericho is on the floor while the other five are working on each other in the ring. Ziggler is stomping away on Kingston in the corner. Miz nearly rolls Truth up for a three count but Punk broke the cover up. Miz avoids a knee lift by Punk in the corner. Truth goes for a slingshot senton splash on Miz but hits the ground hard. Kofi takes Miz and Jericho out with a top rope cross body. Ziggler taunts the fans in the ring until he is clotheslined by Punk as RAW goes to commercial.
Truth is being helped to the backstage area and is out of the match now. Ziggler splashes Punk in the corner but Miz misses a splash. Punk drops both men with a clothesline. Punk hits a neck breaker/ DDT combo on Ziggler and Miz for a two count on Miz! Ziggler prevents the Anaconda Vice from being locked in on Miz. Kofi saves Ziggler from the same fate by kicking Punk in the head. Punk dumps Kofi over the top to the floor as Jericho enters the ring. Ziggler and Miz prevent anything from happening as they attack both men.
Jericho and Miz both go down following a double clothesline. Ziggler is gouging Punk’s eyes in the corner. Punk stops Ziggler on the top rope and hammers away on Ziggler. Punk hits a superplex after Jericho and Miz slammed him off the middle rope. Miz and Jericho pin Punk and Ziggler but both men kick out. Miz is sent to the floor after Kofi hit the Trouble In Paradise! Jericho nails Kofi with a middle rope missile dropkick for a two count. Kofi nearly pins Jericho after a middle rope cross body. Kofi dropkicks Jericho and rolls Jericho up for a two count. Jericho misses the Lionsault on Kofi. Jericho blocks the Trouble In Paradise by locking in the Walls of Jericho! Punk kicks Jericho and sends him to the floor. Ziggler enters but he is hit with the GTS! Jericho yanks Punk out and tosses him over the announcers table! Jericho enters the ring and pins Ziggler to win the match!

Chris Jericho has the WWE Championship over his shoulder and sits in the ring much like what CM Punk does. Punk is sitting on the floor behind the table.
Backstage, we hear Eve crying as Kane has entered her locker room. She is just wearing a towel. Kane tells her that he has to do something. Kane tells her that Cena is getting closer to embracing the hate. Kane warns her that he is afraid for anyone who gets in his path if Cena doesn’t embrace the hate. Kane tells Eve that for the first time in his life he is afraid of himself to end the show.
Final Thoughts:
I found this weeks episode of RAW to be rather boring to me. The wrestling matches weren’t at all interesting to me, at least anything before the main event. I say that, and even the main event was exactly great, either. I’m giving this weeks RAW a big thumbs down.
