Written by: Bob Colling

World Wrestling Federation presents Superstars
Date:
3/5/1994
From: White Plains, NY

Matches:

1.)Lex Luger defeated Reno Riggins
2.)Jeff Jarrett defeated Dan Dubiel
3.)Doink the Clown defeated the Brooklyn Brawler
4.)Diesel defeated Rich Meyers
5.)The Bushwhackers defeated Corey Student & Mike Khoury
6.)Crush defeated Todd Mata

Angle Developments/Notes:

1. Bam-Bam Bigelow shared some comments during Doink’s squash match. Bigelow says that the clowns will go down. That was rather simple and to the point.

2. Paul Bearer is back with the Funeral Parlor. This week, his guest is Owen Hart. Owen wasn’t at all afraid to enter the Parlor. His attitude change is very apparent. Owen thinks he is the real winner because Bret loss the coin toss and he gets to wrestle Bret at WrestleMania X! He continues to talk about how Bret has been in his way and taken all the credit for everything. Owen wants to know what that makes him when he beats Bret at WrestleMania. Owen doesn’t understand why people care about his family and not him. He says it felt great when he kicked Bret’s knee at the Royal Rumble. Owen finishes off saying that Bret will not be able to compete for the WWF World Championship!

3. Randy Savage shares some comments during Crush’s squash match. He just says he is going to beat Crush at Mania.

Final Thoughts:
An average episode of Superstars. The promo by Owen was rather repetitive since it didn’t offer anything new to the feud. I feel like they may be overexposing Owen at this point. The feud with Bret doesn’t need this much attention. Aside from that, there wasn’t anything going on here.

Thanks for reading.
