Written by: Bob Colling

World Wrestling Federation presents Superstars
Date:
3/19/1988
From: Winston-Salem, NC

Matches:
1.)WWF Intercontinental Champion Honkytonk Man defeated Jim Evans
2.)WWF World Tag Team Champions Strike Force defeated Iron Mike Sharpe & John Ziegler
3.)Koko B. Ware defeated Pete Sanchez
4.)Ricky Steamboat defeated Dave Wagner
5.)The One Man Gang defeated Rick Hunter
6.)Ted DiBiase defeated Scott Casey

Angle Developments/Notes:
1. After Honky’s squash win, Brutus taunted the champ on the podium with his clippers. Brutus is going to take the belt and Honky’s hair at WrestleMania IV!

2. Jake Roberts showed Bob Uecker how to hold his snake Damien. Bob was rather nervous during the encounter.

3. Craig DeGeorge conducted an interview with Hulk Hogan. Hogan says that Hulkamania is changing in a positive way and he saw the dollar signs in Andre’s eyes at the Main Event. Hulk says that DiBiase’s laugh made millions of his fans cry but now the tears are cleared and Hogan sees the truth that Andre will never be able to beat him. Hulk thinks Hulkamania will live forever. Hulk is going to prove when you live by the buck, you die by the buck. Hogan believes he and his Hulkamaniacs will get the last laugh on March 27th at WrestleMania IV!

4. Jim Duggan cut a promo during DiBiase’s match and said that DiBiase needs to worry about him and not the second round, tough guy!

Final Thoughts:
It’s the same format every episode with nearly the same segments featuring the same guys. There were several short promos, again, that were very basic promoting the feuds. There weren’t any new developments and there probably won’t be. I can’t wait for after Mania to see new stuff get developed.

Thanks for reading.
