2.) WWF Intercontinental Champion Bret Hart defeated Skinner
3.) The Bushwhackers defeated Brian Costello & Barry Horowitz
4.) Tito Santana defeated Col. Mustafa

Angle Developments/Notes:
1.) Vince McMahon, Bobby Heenan, Mr. Perfect, Jim Duggan and Hillbilly Jim are on the panel this week. They talk about Mothers Day yesterday. Heenan says his mother got him a new phone for his Mercedes. Perfect didn’t even know when Mothers Day was, and says she got the perfect son.

2.) The panel discuss the Family Feud series of shows where WWF battles WWF. Heenan, Brian Knobbs, Sensational Sherri, Mountie and Jimmy Hart will be on the WWF team.

3.) Powers controls Bradley with a hammerlock, but they counter each other until Bradley delivers an elbow and shoulder block. Powers hip tosses Bradley coming off the ropes and hits an arm drag. Powers controls Bradley on the mat with an arm bar. Powers elbows Bradley on the shoulder and keeps wrist control. Powers hip tosses Bradley and delivers a clothesline off the ropes to send Bradley rolling to the floor. Powers slingshots Bradley into the ring from the apron. Bradley misses a kick as Powers blocks a boot attempt. Powers atomic drops Bradley and delivers another clothesline for a two count. Bradley misses a clothesline and Powers tries for a sunset flip, but Bradley misses a punch. Powers tries for a rollup managing a two count. Bradley hits a handspring elbow into the corner, which was rather slow moving and awkward. Bradley nails Powers with a dropkick and chokes Powers on the mat. Bradley chokes Powers on the mat, but lets go. Bradley controls Powers on the mat with a sleeper. Powers elbows free, but runs into a knee lift. Bradley scoop slams Powers and heads to the top rope missing a diving headbutt attempt. Powers rams Bradley into the corner several times. Powers nails Bradley with a clothesline and delivers a strike to the midsection and a knee lift. Powers plays to the crowd and hits a powerslam for the clean win. (*. There’s probably no reason for this match to be nearly as long as it was and there’s probably no reason for a Jim Powers victory to be on the show. It likely means that Powers is going to be doing the job to someone on TV soon.)

4.) Papa Shango cuts a promo talking about Ultimate Warrior. Shango says curse the living and raise the dead. Shango is burning 8×10 photos of Warrior, which is a cost of about $20. This appears to be the official pivot from Warrior/Sid to Warrior/Shango since Sid has quit the company.

5.) The panel talks about Shango cursing Warrior, but Heenan doesn’t want to talk about curses. They also talk about Rick Martel stealing Tatanka’s feathers, which Heenan makes a joke about a stripper.

6.) Mean Gene hosts the WWF Magazine segment and the focus is on the British Bulldog/Repo Man issue that happened recently. They had a singles match where Repo Man ended up choking Bulldog with a rope. British Bulldog shares some comments about being hung by Repo. Bulldog says he’s fighting mad and he’s never going to be tied down.

7.) The panel talks about the Bulldog/Repo issue. Heenan defends Repo for choking Bulldog because he doesn’t like dogs.

8.) Skinner backs Hart against the ropes, but backs away without getting an advantage. Hart controls Skinner with a headlock and shoulder blocks Skinner. Hart atomic drops Skinner and delivers a right hand to send Skinner to the floor to regroup. Skinner backs Hart into a corner and delivers a knee strike. Hart sends Skinner into the corner and locks in an arm lock followed by strikes to the shoulder. Hart arm drags Skinner to the mat. Skinner slams Hart, but Hart rolls through and keeps arm control. Hart maintains arm control, but Skinner forearms Hart a few times. Hart takes Skinner down to the mat and delivers a knee drop to the arm. Skinner sends Hart chest first into the corner and delivers a boot scrape. Skinner stomps on Hart to maintain the advantage. Skinner rams Hart into the corner. Skinner elbows Hart coming off the ropes and chokes Hart for a few moments. Skinner rams Hart face first onto the mat. Skinner keeps a chin lock on Hart, but doesn’t get a submission. Skinner tries to use the alligator tooth, but the referee prevents that from happening. Skinner rubs Hart’s face over the ropes and chokes the champ on the mat for a few moments. Skinner rams Hart into the corner and misses a splash. Hart headbutts Skinner and connects with a backbreaker. Hart leaps off the middle rope to deliver a forearm drop. Hart locks in the Sharpshooter and wins the match by submission. (*. Skinner dominated most of the match, but Hart only needed to hit a couple of a signature moves to prevail. It was a lackluster match, but largely because Skinner isn’t a viable opponent for Hart at this point.)

9.) The panel talk about the Undertaker and Berzerker issues. Duggan thinks Berzerker has Undertaker mad, and that’s not good. Perfect says that Fuji is devious and doesn’t think the other guys realize how devious Fuji can truly be.

10.) The panel talk about Sgt. Slaughter and Mountie. Duggan defends his pal because Slaughter is American and he’ll come back from the shot stick attack by Mountie. McMahon claims that Heenan and Jimmy Hart made a deal to take out Slaughter. Heenan slips up saying Perfect, and Perfect acts as if he didn’t have anything to do with it. The panel argue to end the segment.

11.) The Bushwhackers won their squash match quickly after hitting the battering ram and a double gut buster.

12.) The panel talks about the WWF World Championship match between Randy Savage and Ric Flair coming up. Perfect wants any cheating to be eliminated by Savage so that Flair has a fair chance to recapture the championship. Hillbilly and Hacksaw dispute that and say that Flair only has chance because Perfect will be in Flair’s corner and that’s where the real cheating.

13.) Mustafa and Santana lockup to start the bout, but Mustafa lets go and taunts the crowd. Mustafa gains control with a waist lock, but Santana quickly counters and Mustafa grabs the ropes for a rope break. Mustafa puts a full nelson on Santana, but Santana breaks free and counters with a full nelson until Mustafa reaches the ropes. Mustafa overhand clubs Santana over the chest, but Santana runs the ropes and fires back with strikes and a dropkick. Santana continues with a scoop slam. Santana stomps on Mustafa’s lower midsection. Santana wraps Mustafa’s knee around the post and slams Mustafa’s leg on the steps. Mustafa recovers and rams Santana’s face into his boot in the corner. Mustafa taunts the crowd and delivers a few overhand strikes to Santana’s neck. Mustafa controls Santana with a sleeper for a few moments. Santana elbows free and comes off the ropes to shoulder block Mustafa. Mustafa nails Santana with a throat thrust and taunts the crowd. Mustafa hits a gut wrench suplex for a two count. Mustafa hooks Santana for a suplex, but Santana blocks it and hits a vertical suplex. Santana kicks Mustafa followed by strikes in the corner. Mustafa sends Santana to the floor where Adnan strikes Santana a few times. Mustafa knocks Santana off the apron to the floor. Santana fights back with strikes and a shoulder ram. Santana nearly wins with a sunset flip from the apron. Santana sends Mustafa into Adnan on the apron and wins with a rollup. (1/2*. That went as well as you’d expect a Mustafa match to go in 1992.)

14.) Next week, Tito Santana vs. Kato, WWF World Champion Randy Savage interview, Bushwhackers vs. Beverly Brothers, WWF Tag Team Champion Ted DiBiase vs. Jimmy Snuka and Ultimate Warrior vs. Brian Knobbs. I’m sure most of these matches and segments are also on Superstars/Wrestling Challenge over the weekend.

15.) The panel discuss Warrior being cursed by Papa Shango, but Hillbilly doesn’t think it will impact Warrior too much. They also talk about Flair/Savage and Heenan jokes that Elizabeth may get lucky to have Flair come back to her to end the show.

Final Thoughts:
There wasn’t much going on this week in terms of in-ring action nor was there a major development with any angles, for the most part. I mean, we’ve got three months until SummerSlam, the next PPV, so I can’t imagine much of anything taking place before mid to late June at this point. I’d consider this a skippable week for Prime Time.
