World Wrestling Federation presents RAW

Video hyping up the co-winners of the Royal Rumble. Lex Luger and Bret Hart will have their fate determined by a coin toss.
Vince McMahon and IRS are on commentary. IRS explains what the loser gets. IRS says that they get two Buffalo Bills shirts. IRS also cuts a promo on the latest sweepstakes winner who won ten million dollars.
Opening Contest: Marty Jannetty defeated Johnny Polo: 123 Kid is with Marty Jannetty and it appears that Kid has broken his right leg. Polo grabs the microphone who cuts a promo on the Kid’s injury. Polo says that Kid is afraid of Polo. Jannetty uses the microphone to hit Polo. Jannetty hog ties the legs of Polo but is met with a rake to the eyes. Jannetty kicks Polo to the floor. Jannetty with a backdrop on the floor and follows up with a cross body in the ring for a two count. Jannetty with a super kick for another near fall. Polo with a knee to the back sending Jannetty to the floor. Polo botches a backdrop attempt. Polo follows up with a couple of double axe handles. Polo leaps off the rope, but Jannetty gets a boot up. Moments later, Jannetty goes shoulder first into the ring post. Jannetty connects with a face crusher for the win. *1/2
After the match, IRS punches Kid down on commentary. Jannetty comes over and delivers a punch to Irwin. Kid steals IRS briefcase.
Razor Ramon workout/wrestling video is shown for ICO PRO.
IRS demands security to be called. He is furious that they stole his briefcase.
Jack Tunney with a announcement that both Lex Luger and Bret Hart will get WWF World Championship shots at Wrestle Mania. If Lex Luger where to win the toss, Bret Hart would face Owen Hart and get a title shit. If Bret Hart where to win the coin toss, Lex Luger would have to face Crush and then face the champion. Tunney also says that two special referees will be announced for the matches.
Second Contest: Bam-Bam Bigelow defeated Miguel Rosado: Bigelow picks up the easy win following a head butt coming off the ropes.
Vince McMahon is in the ring with Jack Tunney and several road agents. Vince goes over the rules again. Luger chooses heads, and wins the coin toss. Luger says that he plans on being in the last match for the WWF World Championship. Bret Hart says that he didn’t want to have to go to battle with he brother, but he will. Bret wishes Lex luck.
Third Contest: Kwang defeated Rich Myers: Kwang is a mask wrestler who is managed by Harvey Whippleman. Owen calls in during the match ripping on Bret Hart and says he is ready for Wrestle Mania. Kwang connects with a super kick to pick up the win.

Main Event: Earthquake defeated Corey Student: Earthquake wins after a splash coming off the ropes.
Marty Jannetty and Razor Ramon are backstage. Ramon cuts a promo on IRS. Jannetty will be facing IRS next week. Jannetty says that he is fighting for everyone who has gotten screwed by IRS.
Vince McMahon goes over what will be on next weeks show.

My Take: Marty Jannetty/Johnny Polo was really the only decent part of the show this week. I didn’t even realize that Earthquake was still with the WWF. Kind of random that Lex Luger would have to face Crush if Bret Hart won the coin toss. Luger hasn’t had any interaction with Crush whatsoever. Besides, Crush is in a pretty big angle with Randy Savage.
