Angle Developments/Notes:
1. We hear from Tatanka, who has beaten WWF Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels several times in recent weeks. He believes that he has proven to his people and to Michaels that he can beat him. Tatanka claims he will fulfill a lifelong dream and win the championship at WrestleMania IX!

2. Jim Duggan joined the program, from his living room with a fire going on behind. Duggan says he has held the American flag proud for the last several years and says he did what he was going to do and knock Yokozuna off his feet. However, he turned his back and he was attacked by Fuji and Yokozuna in a way he has never been attacked before. Duggan thinks about the flags that have been placed on graves and he feels like he has let everyone down. He is ashamed and sorry for that.

3. WWF World Champion Bret Hart came out to cut a promo with Ray Rougeau. At WrestleMania Hart will be wrestling the undefeated Yokozuna. Hart talks about how Yokozuna has dominated all the challengers he has fought. He acknowledges that he has a pit in his stomach knowing he is going to be wrestling Yokozuna. Hart knows that a lot of people are counting him out when it comes to wrestling Yokozuna. Bret says that everyone he has fought have left the ring respecting him. Hart tells Yokozuna that he will respect him and Hart believes he will still be the WWF World Champion!

4. Hulk Hogan and Brutus Beefcake cut a promo regarding the WWF World Tag Team Champions Money Inc. Hogan says he had a burning desire to get back in the WWF but then Money Inc. came in with gasoline to give Hogan no choice but to come back. Hogan defends Beefcake by saying he isn’t weak. Beefcake chimes in to tell DiBiase that he made a big mistake when he didn’t finish the job when it came to taking him out. Beefcake reveals that his face is perfectly fine and nothing is wrong because of the eight plates inserted into his face! Hogan mentions that the plates and screws are stronger than anything! It looks like they have accepted the challenge.

Final Thoughts:
The show was heavy on the promos, but they were all fine ones. They were able to continue the feuds that are the bigger matches for Mania. I’m liking where they are going with Duggan and that could possibly bring him back as a fan favorite with a lot of sympathy. This was a productive show with the top angles getting airtime. Thus, I’m giving it a thumbs up.

Thanks for reading.
