Angle Developments/Notes:
1. Jerry Lawler opens the show at a park. He brings in a fake Elvis who tells us that Lawler is the real king. The fake Elvis says that Bret is a fake king. Lawler believes that SummerSlam Bret will be going to the heartbreak hotel!

2. Ludvig Borga shared some comments during Jannetty’s match. Borga calls Jannetty a small man and tells him that he is going to give him pain that won’t go away.

3. Boni Blackstone calls out Bret Hart for a special interview. Blackstone mentions how Lawler is the only man to dispute that Hart is the king of the ring. Hart talks about earning everything he has gotten in the World Wrestling Federation. Boni reminds us what Lawler has done to Bret’s family as of late. Bret says that Lawler crossed a line that he will regret at SummerSlam. Bret say that Lawler respect the name H-A-R-T!

4. The Smoking Gunns and Tatanka share some thoughts during Bigelow’s match. Tatanka vows to get revenge on Bigelow at SummerSlam!

Final Thoughts:
Just like last week and surely what next week will provide, it is just a hype episode for SummerSlam. Nothing to see here, move along. Things should get better and fresher after the pay per view.
